Disappointed si Senator Bam Aquino sa nangyayari ngayon dahil hindi na priority ng admin at iba pang pulitiko ang CADENA Act.
"I would like to ask Secretary Balisacan, parang kulang po ata. Meron pong LEDAC measure na naipasa na po namin dito sa Senado na isulong na po natin, in 2025 priority measure po ito, in 2026 priority measure pa rin po ito. Parang nawala po ata 'yung CADENA or Blockchain the Budget Bill. What's the reason why it's not on this list? Are you not supporting this bill, secretary?" Aquino asked during the Senate Finance Committee Hearing on the 2027 Budget.
Department of Economy, Planning and Development Secretary Arsenio Balisacan explained it is in the longer list of the LEDAC (Legislative Executive Development Advisory Council) priorities.
"It's still there, except when the LEDAC met recently, the heads, the leadership of both Congress and Executive, they decided to shorten it at least for the next 12 months, to ensure that we get the measures that are so critical," he replied.
Dahil dito tumaas ang haka haka ng mga tao na ayaw talaga ng kasalukuyang administrasyon na magkaroon ng transparency. Kaya ang nangyayari either masyadong delayed or di kaya hindi na talaga ito maipapasa sa ngayon.

Umaasa parin ba kayo na maging transparent ang gobyerno o aayawan parin nila yung sistema na ganito. Baka takot din silang mabisto ang kahayopan na pinaggagawa nila no. Kaya kahit anong related to blockchain or di kaya kahit pag adapt kay Bitcoin tsaka crypto narin ay parang ayaw talaga nila.
