It's surprising and strange that I decided to bring it here for explanations, is there something wrong with the transaction? Will the pending transaction deliver to the receiver again? Will the transaction be reversed to my wallet? What can be done if such things happens? What is such transactions be called?

It's just a simple thing, since the transaction is taking longer than you  expected or it has exceed the time that a transaction is supposed to stay then you would have cancelled the transaction and wait for some time before you initiate it back. Because some transaction will remain pending till the next day if you don't cancel it. Well I don't know if there's a name giving to such transaction. However there are some things that causes pending transaction such as; low network fee, network congestion, and centralized exchange reviews. this are the things that could cause pending transaction but the verification process or the reviews doesn't take long I'm sure it doesn't exceed that minutes they gave you there unless something is wrong.

There's no need for the OP to cancel the transaction, from what I see this is network congestion thats caused due to the recent Bitcoin uptrend and the OP using the lowest  fee is the reason why the transaction is still pending whole the recipient can we the transaction because they are both using self-custodial wallet.
What the OP need to do is check if the transaction have rbf on, if it's on all he need to do is bump up the transaction fee based on the current mempool condition or wait till tomorrow since today's Saturday and there's always low traffic of BTC transaction during the weekend.

Did you miss the part where Op said the receiver already received the coins? That means he can not longer cancel the transaction because it's already confirmed on the blockchain but his wallet is very slow to update the status of the transaction. It's a common issue with self custodial hot wallets like Trust wallet and Phantom. No action is required from you in such scenario, the status of your transaction will automatically change to confirmed later. Sometimes, it changed after several refresh but regardless, there's nothing to worry about since the receiver already received the coins. You can not increase fees, you can not cancel it, it won't reverse or resend multiple times. Even if you attempt to take any action, it's useless.
