It’s been quite a long time since I last used the Tron network for transfers in certain exchange. These days, I tend to use BSC or Solana instead. I used to rely heavily on the Tron network because the fees were quite low. Back then, while other networks. Especially ERC20, which had very high costs. Required more than 1 USDT for a transfer, Tron charged just 1 USDT at that time. So, the Tron network was indeed a highly reliable alternative at the time. But, times change, and there have been many developments in the blockchain space. Now, I no longer use this network and do not know enough the development.
If Tron continue to increase their network fee because they have gotten so many users, this will become a disadvantage to the Tron project and their blockchain which result to a low turnout yielding less users patronage on the Tron blockchain.
Tron was having a tiny network fees before which made so many investors to prefer using Tron than to use other expensive network that will cost them more money. There are more blockchains that are coming getting up and could dominate the space within few years.
