This is not the first time I’ve seen a thread trying to achieve long-term success in sports betting, and honestly, none of those I followed managed to finish their challenge or keep updating until the end.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I remember seeing a lot of threads like this one, which end up going nowhere—the OP stops posting updates, without having completed the challenge, of course. In addition, the OP has a previous neutral tag for having written threads using AI. I've checked this one, but the AI content isn't substantial enough to warrant a report. In any case, I don't think the challenge is genuine.

Just make sure your deposit doesn't hit zero by the end of the first month. I wouldn't want the marathon to end so quickly.

If you are updating the thread daily, it is good if you are betting daily. But it does not have to be about betting daily, but anything you bet and win already, you can post about the winning on the thread if you do not want to show the bet before the match is played. Although it would have been best if you show the matches before they are played. It would all be fun as we watch your bets get successful or failed.

But I think this miscalculation is nothing compared to the main topic in this thread. Getting X2 every 2 months is an ambitious target. Especially when he said he will bet 2% of his current bankroll per day.

For example, if he tries to bet with a flat stake (2% of the initial bankroll on each certain date), then he needs to have a win rate of ~91%, 56 wins and 5 losses, in 61 days. Meanwhile, if he tries to bet with a dynamic stake (2% of the bankroll, following the ups and downs), then he needs to have a win rate of 78.69%, 48 wins and 13 losses, in 61 days. One thing to note, this calculation is using fixed odds of 2.00.

For your reference, according to this https://professionalgambler.org/winning-percentages, professional sports bettors rarely sustain a long term winning percentage higher than 55 percent, and it's often as low as 53 or 54 percent.

Good luck to you with your challenge, but it's obviously going to be extremely difficult, and I wonder whether you can actually double your initial bankroll within every two months, or at least in the first two months, because 2% of your initial bankroll which is $60 is only $1.2, and I don't understand how you can make anything from that amount in each bet. You also didn't say that you are going to use that amount in every bet, but you said you will use only 2% of your bankroll every day. On top of that, it might be a bit easier if you do like 2% of the overall bankroll as it keeps increasing, then it might take less time as you move forward.

The target is long, and you will need a lot of discipline and definitely a lot of wins and a lower number of losses to actually have some success and progress, and if you bet only with very small amounts, you will obviously not lose your bankroll very quickly, but you will also not make a lot of profits very easily, but anyway, it's going to be interesting to see how it turns out and how your bets go and whether you can actually keep hitting your 2-month targets successfully.

Another suggestion, I think it will be better if you keep posting updates on a weekly basis, and also add game results and all your bets, like profits and losses and everything.

This is the absolute worst way to try and turn 60 bucks into 1800 bucks op especially considering the fact that you will be staking just 2% of the full stake. You need crazy levels of patience and a crazy dose of luck to go your way for this to work out.

Since you are into long shot odds, I suggest sticking to long parlays(Different events or SGPs) and betting small stakes everytime which is far more entertaining and feasible in comparison.

That's about 3000 percent profit, that's quite feasible if you ask me only if you bet to win in a single game. It is just 30 odds if you calculate according to the profits you are aiming to make. Personally, I think that it is a lot easier to win from just combining games in a day and getting that value than rolling over because you might assume you are playing safe but that's actually risky because there's no way you can win consistently even if it's once a week for five months, remember that you don't own the system and there is no way you can just be making profits continuously. It is possible to get lucky though but the chances are slim.

This is a realistic target under the specified rules of 2% max per day. With that, you have already solved one of the most difficult aspect of the challenge. The next question is, what multiplier are you targeting per day or per bet because setting loss limits without setting reward limit is not right. I would also be interested in knowing the games you are playing for academic purpose because it will help people believe and trust that what you have started is doable in sports betting.

As for updating the thread once a month, that's not serious - it will be unclear whether the challenge is even alive or not in progress. I think the minimum should be once every two weeks. Ideally, once a week, since the main events take place on the weekends, which means the results can be clear on Tuesday-Wednesday.

I love your courage and boldness on your goal but you should know that making profit in gambling is beyond our own doing but by luck. Having too much confidence in yourself will also lead to wrong decisions that will lead to big losses. Marathons were once popular in trading, or more precisely, among trading-related bloggers. Most of these marathons ended in failure, with their deposits wiped out. To keep the marathon from dragging on forever, I’ve set myself a simple target:

I need to double my bankroll every two months.

If I fail to double my bankroll by November 1st, the marathon is over.

If you intend betting just 2% of your bankroll, then the multiplier will determine if you will be able to reach your goal. I really don't know man, this will probably make you take up high risk games. Do you think it's wise to use just 2%?

You'll have to make +5X to be at double

A grand purpose—good bankroll management experiment. Although, it won't be easy, but I think if someone sticks to being a disciplined gambler, they probably might end up with good results.

This is the problem a lot of gamblers have, they want to win big with little amount of money without considering the opposite. OP, it's easy to turn $60 to $1800 on paper but difficult practically. I wouldn't try such because I have the feelings, it's impossible. You can only be lucky to hit the highest multiplier in one game and not the way you put it.

Lol. That is how those marathons always end. First people are encouraged to achieve something, they dream, they make plan how to do complete their achievement. But later they got hit by routine and failures. Then they stop updating their topics, and abandon within a month. This time it is planned to run this marathon for almost a year. Some people abandon crypto, forum and gambling faster than 1 year would pass

Anyway, I can wish a lot of good luck to a guy whos nickname is all about our luck As to updates, it will nice to have weekly updates so that topic wont get lost among hundreds of others.

Doubling your bankroll every two months is actually quite a difficult task. Although the initial bankroll is small, and with a small bankroll it will probably be more comfortable to play at first. Then as the bankroll grows, if everything goes according to plan, I’d be interested to know what your strategy will be: will you increase the number of bets, or will you increase the size of each bet?

Yes, it's a classic - a marathon is usually just a sprint.
In this experiment, I like that the bet size is limited to a very reasonable 2% (although, of course, if we are talking about coefficients of 1.3, then this is too little), which leaves a chance that the deposit will not burn out quickly. As for doubling your deposit, this is a difficult task in itself, and if you take into account the bet size limit, it becomes even more difficult. Well, let's see what news there will be on November 1st.

definitely an high target to reach and probably (as we have already seen before) he will never reach it.
An astonishing 30x in a few months it's practically impossible - also supposing you are a really good gambler.
Using 2% or 1.30 as odd doesn't provide any advantage . In the first case you are making money management.
In second case you are playing a low odd. Basically if you are seeking an high profit you should play without any limit.
An odd at 1.30 it's not by itself "easy"...
