Where are you seeing the https://the.link/r/reflink in the Bitlist archives?  I'd like to understand what you're seeing because when I click on your archive links I see the Tally link.
The link itself looks like a referral link at first glance.. which breaks this rule
4. No referral code (ref link) spam. [1]
noorman0 must have also consider it a referral link .. I had to check the site tally.so directly to confirm myself that the link is referenced as “tally-link”  for sharing the form created on the site.

My guess is that a mod must have mistaken it to be a referral link as-well , unless it goes against other rules.

Thanks, this is helpful. If the link is being mistaken, is there a way I should rectify this?

Just my guess.. not an affirmation that it was the main reason the post got deleted, could be something else .

I have no say on how you can rectify it..

Only the mod that deleted it can give you an accurate answer to that specifically.. so, you need to wait till you get a response. But it’s either it gets retored or you create a new appropriate one if it truly breaks any rule.

Because you have posted here multiple times in a row, which may lead to your post being deleted again.

Oh. I am only sharing the links in replies to people who are taking the time to reply to my post because I'm trying to get more clarification and the links provide the specific context they're asking/sharing about. Several people have now pointed out that the link could be the reason for the original thread being removed, so I wanted to make sure the situation was clear.

As for multiple posts in a row, I am replying because I feel I should when people are using their time to help me with this situation. But thanks for pointing out.

Make use of edit button, then you can “Insert” those posts and reply to them, instead of creating multiple posts.

You're right, I understand and will use one post for multiple replies going forward. Thanks for the help.

Have you checked the pin thread on this board?

Only the mod that deleted the post can offer a perfect explanation.

I checked but there could be a couple of reasons and as other people have also suggested it could be referral code (ref link) spam or may have been taken as an ad, but I don't know for sure. I agree, only the mod who deleted the post can provide the right explanation, hence this post as suggested

I haven't checked what the survey is actually about, you could simply use a Google Form instead.

It's a crypto survey about people's experiences with risk, speculation and the psychological side of it. In hindsight, Google Forms may have been a better choice if it avoids the link issue.

Doesn’t matter, you’re still breaking the rules ..

Make use of edit button, then you can “Insert” those posts and reply to them, instead of creating multiple posts.

I just want to know why my post was deleted, what is allowed here and what isn't. I am not forcing anyone to take it as I even said in my post. It is through ppl's responses that I'll know what works and what doesn't.

I understand that you don't want to participate and I respect that. But I am not an exchange or a company. I am just one person, a crypto user and investor who's curious and trying to understand the psychology behind it all.

If this type of survey isn't allowed here, that's completely fine. I just want to understand the rule so I know what is and isn't appropriate to post.

Have you checked the pin thread on this board? Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ to be specific.

I believe you should be able to know why your post is deleted. The moderator can not just delete your post for no reason.

I checked the said post in archives but I'm yet to figure out why it was deleted. I maybe wrong but I think it was posted on the wrong board or someone reported it. Only the mod that deleted the post can offer a perfect explanation.

-snip-
I'd like to understand what you're seeing because when I click on your archive links I see the Tally link.
I forgot to mention that it is simply a widely recognized referral link format. I also need to avoid reposting the link you shared, just in case my guess is correct, as my own post could get reported.

is there a way I should rectify this?
I haven't checked what the survey is actually about, you could simply use a Google Form instead.
