I also agree with those saying that it doesn't feel very safe using integrated services within a hardware wallet, kinda beats the purpose of keeping your wallet away from online stuff or that kind of interactions, because if you allow your wallet to interact with an online swap or any other app, it's basically not going to stay as private as you might want it to be. So I don't think if I'm ever using a hardware wallet, I would want to use a swap service integrated directly into the wallet, I wouldn't want to approve anything like that.

So in my opinion, the best way is to use instant exchange services, such as ChangeNow, because they don't need you to do anything with your wallet, integrate the app and stuff, all you need to do is select both coins that you want to swap, then select the amount, and provide the destination wallet where your swapped assets are going to be sent. Then you get the address where you will send the coins, it's also just like sending an outgoing transaction, and that's it, you will receive your swapped asset once the transaction gets approved.
