Ofcourse, we know it's not going to be easy to know for sure or have detailed knowledge about the quality of what we sell or promote ,
This is easy to determine if we manufacture the product or service we are promoting ourselves. After all, who knows a product better than the person who makes it?
but we can use the little we know especially as it relates to potential harm to make amend rather than giving excuses why things should remain the way they are, which most likely are for selfish reasons, such as: I have bills to pay, I need to feed my family, I need to survive, etc.
So, are you personally prepared to lose clients by pointing out the flaws of the product you’re promoting? It’s always easy enough to say that - especially on a full stomach.
Is it OK to survive by harming, cheating, deceiving other people?
It is unacceptable, yet it happens everywhere. For the sake of their own survival, people are willing to disregard the survival of others.
What makes those who do such things different from scammers or thieves who cheat and rob others to survive?
There is no difference. Except that they do it with a smile on their lips. Which makes it doubly unforgivable.
This has becomes necessary at this time Bitcoiners are working hard to further develop/grow a circular economy where products/services will be exchanged or swapped for bitcoins. There probably won't be government in charge to regulate things, but we could ensure a high degree of quality by including features like evidence-based reputation system, evidence-based product reviews, trustlessness to check and balance one another otherwise very few things will be safe for consumption.
Do you suppose that this "circular economy market" will be different - a better version where everything is honest and free of deception? Believe me, people will always remain the same as they have always been, regardless of the "financial" tool used in their commercial dealings.
