What are the list of jobs that will forever survives?

Even it doesn't have to be a job, just something that is a fuel of money, something that will never die and if ones skill is based around it such space will never die.

The only one I can come up with is stock market, the end of stock market means the end of the world, maybe if a might omnipotent nuke get released into the world.

Stocks can never die and just imagine if one is good at trading stocks, they will never go out of business.
What do you think is qualified for the list?

There are a lot of jobs and skills that are needed to run our daily life or activities and every human depends on it for survival, and even if technology changes things around here there are still many jobs and skills that are tied to our needs and the major ones are the ones that works in the hospital and schools we also have one that works in the farm to produce the food we eat and even if there are machines that now work in food production they still need to give humans the job of operating those machines to work and skills that would fade easily too is builders and many more to mention.

There are many jobs and professions. I think tailoring, housework repair and barbering will always need a human, even if such jobs can be done with robots in the future, and I think these professions will earn good money. I believe that manual professions will be more valuable and even more valuable now. You can learn jobs that require mastery. Robots can do some jobs, but the experience a human has gained over the years, dexterity and ability to understand the customer's needs will always be important.

Go for things that world would not be able to do without and such jobs or skills are numerous, an important one is engineering especially when it comes to structure, people are always going to need engineers even though there are people that are responsible for doing the manual labour like the brick layers and all that but the engineer plays a vital role. Professions under health are also not going to lose their relevance anytime soon, doctors, opticians, nurses and so on. What you have to do is to pick a profession that you know that you can get into in any of the following that I mentioned.

Healthcare professionals job like doctors, nurses, physical therapist, and surgeons will never fade away, they occupy a very unique position in the global workforce that ensure that their roles will never go away. Because these healthcare professionals relies heavily on irreplaceable human elements that technology like Ai, and automation cannot replace them. Although Ai and advanced robotics continue to reshape various industrial sectors, the core of medicine remains deeply rooted in qualities unique to human beings. The specialized nature of patients will always require human judgement, empathy, and physical care, these clinical roles will remain vital pillars of society indefinitely. That is the reason why healthcare professionals job is so essential to the society at large and it is highly recommend and needed for the survival of patients which i see it as a professional job that will never fade or go away despite the enhancement of technology.

Your suggestion to OP is very brilliant but you need to know that before anyone will become a certified and qualified health practitioner he will need to study it as a course which in this case, it might take him years to achieve it. Plus health care professionals spends a lot of money to acquire health courses so we should know if OP has the money to pursue health care courses. Again, can OP cope with health courses? because it's not everyone that is good at that. Another question should be if OP is looking for jobs that he can do without being a professional at it. Maybe OP might be looking for jobs or skills that he can achieve within a short interval of time who knows. OP made mention of stock market which means that he is interested in jobs and skills that can give him short term profits but will never fade away.

However, healthcare professionals is a very good job because if you are good at what you do, it's like a self-employed job where you don't even go about looking for patients because they will look for you wherever you are which means that you will never go broke at any point. When you have a job that is based on your skills, experience and knowledge, people will surely come to you which means more money as well.

This isn't something I would rely on as a life time skill, but people do still trade in their old age, I guess this skill counts.

Hate to break it to you, but being "good at trading stocks" is already being replaced by algorithmic bots that front-run your trades before you can even click anything. Retail day trading is a highly efficient way to donate your money to Wall Street hedge funds.

I don't think any job will disappear . Only the work process may change. Maybe the work will become easier and less time will be needed to increase productivity through AI or robot automation. Everyone will probably agree with my point that if you think about the healthcare section,it is normal for people to get sick. So doctors and nurses will be needed. AI may make it easier to do medical study data or research, but where a small mistake can even lead to human death, doctors will never be completely dependent on AI or robots. There is no possibility of this type of job disappearing completely. Again, if we talk about the education sector, then many things can be learned through AI, but the way a teacher can teach a student will not be possible with AI. Only a teacher can understand where a student is having trouble, how to motivate him to be more focused or how to make a student disciplined. Such tasks will never be possible with AI. So none of the professions will disappear in the future. But their working methods will change a lot.

Today I was watching a clip of a podcast. The person says, what if it all proves wrong! He sounded hopeful to me because my work is getting affected by AI since the start, but also people in my field and I are using it to enhance our work and making more than before. But he said, what if AI won't replace developers, or those who are into IT sectors, because they will be the only ones who understand AI and they won't be replaced by it haha.

I did not completely understand his claims. I need to watch the full thing in order to, but the purpose of sharing it here is to give you an idea that, what if he is right! So do your own research, but if you even want to be, then don't think any support or front desk job is what you can easily find, which before AI advancement was easier, but now it is not. People are still not willing to adopt AI. That's the only way some of them are still hiring freshies, but AI experts are doing everything to sell them their AI agents to automate their work.

Anyway, there are several jobs that you can do. I am sure you can find some of your taste.

The jobs you mentioned are jobs that requires highly skilled men and women to do but talking about how much they are going to remain in existence you should know that it's always going to remain in existence cause robots may try to replace them in that profession but it is not possible for them to do it better than humans who have had the experience doing the same job for a very long time. The level of communication and perfection they will be given to customers by humans will never be gotten with robots that's why in their particular job robots can't do it better.

The stock market will not die, but some stocks will... for sure. The question is, do you hold any stocks? Are you a stock trader or broker?

So the stock market will never die... can we say the same about the crypto market? It's easier to access, and you don't need a lot of money to start...

Maybe it looks like "easy money", but it's far from that... I guess it's all about how you do it! Many people try & fail, but some succeed.... So you need to give it a try, and then you will see how that works for you.

If for example you want a job that will never be extinct then the type is a job that meets basic human needs, as long as humans still exist then the job will still exist, for example, such as health workers such as doctors or nurses because there will always be people who need health assistance, or you can also become a technician because as the development of the era more and more technology develops, repair technicians are also needed, or other types of jobs that fall into the category of basic human needs, the point is as long as you have a lot of skills then the job will always be there, this is why learning new things is important.

If you come to think of it, there are several jobs out there which will never die because it involves human intervention.
Most of it is labor jobs, scientists in various sectors, specialist doctors, financial planners, Chartered Accountants etc...
The ones who are specialist in their jobs will have high probability of sticking on to their jobs.
Besides that, we have to keep evolving and growing our knowledge to stay relevant to the market.

Yes there are many jobs that can never die, same as in my opinion there is one skills that can ever useful. That is skill of "marketing", it can be used in every field. A person who is efficient in explaining the product details, catch the customer, attracts more audience, and work in favour of the company. It will always be in the demands of the business, any development or the invention of any technology, that person never face state of unemployment.

Infact this skills not only used in promotion of the product but that person can start his own business easily. Marketing helps to understand the customer choices, or it can predict future markets demands. However, It is a reality that people ignored to learn this skills. They usually spend lot of money on acquiring the degrees or other professionals or non professional courses but there are few who come to learn this skill. While it has its own worth, that remains in demand always.

As long as the world exists, people will need to eat, get medical treatment, and shelter. So you can engage in these professions. No matter how much a farmer produces, it will always be less in the world. No matter how many disasters come in the world, the doctor's profession will survive. The more disasters, the more busy the doctors are. Similarly, construction work, the more disasters, the more pressure on construction work.

But no matter what profession you are engaged in, you have to be updated with technology. The most preferred profession for me is agriculture, the work of a farmer is service-oriented and the demand for this profession will never end, but rather increase.

I don’t believe that any skill can failed out so easily because as the days advances same also there is advancement in any skill for now. For example those into automotive engineering in the time of analogue vehicles or equipments where also operating in same spirit until there was advancement to digital or hybrid models of automotive equipments and same also did technicians advance to meet up to there requirements and will also keep fighting to maintain such performance if there is more advancement.

Their are so many skills that you can acquire that can atleast last for a very long time,  you can do your own research and find the one that you passion and you are very interested about. When acquiring skill it is good you go for the one that makes you happy and that can also give you good earning. Dont just go for skill just because you are only interested in the money.

Investing in stock is a good one but you cant just rely on stock for your everyday earning. You need some income to even invest in stock.  Stock is not a job or a skill that can start generating money for you.

You just simply compare jobs on stock trading, whereas what about other jobs that are always there and humans need? It is no different with bitcoin and other trading.

All professions are still in need of many people even though AI is now growing rapidly, I mean there are always people who say AI will replace all of them, but what we know is that it will not happen... this means you do not have to worry about any real work will never be lost, the fact of his manpower is still in need including his skills.

There are many jobs, and skills that are very lucrative, and far from being obsolete within a short period of time. Today, the world is growing in technology, and if one really want to acquire any skill, it should be the kind of skill that will be in alignment with the growing technology. For instance, skill like robotic is a good one since we are heading towards the world of artificial intelligence, another skill that is also very lucrative is Blockchain technology, since Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrency is all about Blockchain, and even a new technology, it is attracting a lot of attention, and can be sustainable in a very long period of time. More also, there are also businesses that can be sustainable, and make you money such as importation of goods, selling of edible products, and clothings can equally be good since we cannot do without these things.

There are so many jobs out there that will never fade away with time, even though there are some jobs that seem like they can be easily replaced right now by Ai there are some jobs or skills that would always remain relevant In the long run. People that work in pharmaceutical companies will always remain relevant because without them there would be a decline in people's health. Skillls get replaced to be candid with you but there are some jobs that can't just be replace and such jobs are not the type you can get anywhere, you will have to pass through the 4 walls of school to get it. Let's say you are medical student and you graduate and you eventually geta job, there is nothing on this earth that is going to change that job, you can be fired but rest assured you are going to get another job for sure, that's the best for you for a job.

The closed skill I think you will need is a skill where nobody need to control you and in decades to come, that job can't be taking or replace and that is trading. Please learn trading, you should familiar yourself with trading. It get better with time and you master it the more you build yourself with it. Good part of trading is you are going to be independent, you don't have to rely on anyone a trader, that's the best part of it.

However, what it means to be good at trading in 2026 is very different from what it meant in 2005. Back then you could read charts, trust your gut, make moves. Now? Algos trade the bulk of the volume and about 90% of retail day traders are money losers on any time frame. The market did not die. But the skill you are imagining already shifted underneath people's feet. So there is the institution, but there is not much left in it. This is the pattern to look out for.

What stays with me, no matter what: anything related to the biological. People become ill: health care. Buildings are broken: maintenance, trades. People eat: agriculture, food systems. There are conflicts amongst people: law, mediation. Individuals pass away: burial, grieving, insurance. These are things that are programmed into humans. No technology can take away the need. It only changes who does and how it is done. And there is one more thing, maybe the most important. The ability to learn fast and switch contexts. We are going into a time where people cannot say that this particular skill will be relevant in 5 years. What they can promise is that if you are someone who figures things out quickly, you will find a way to make yourself useful.
