What happened:
On 17th July 2026 I opened an account with Betcoin.ag and deposited 100 USDC to my account, afterwards I placed two bets on table tennis, first one lost and the other one was if I remember correctly cashed out. In total my remaining balance was ~55 USDC (give or take, can't remember the exact amount). I tried to request a withdrawal for the ~55 USDC balance I had and my account was shortly after blocked with a message "Your account has been blocked. Contact support for details."

I contacted the support team through the email address (support@betcoin.ag) which was provided to me by the chat support member (chat support required me to do it through email) and was requested to complete full KYC verification (ID + Address) within 60 minutes (!), which I successfully completed. Afterwards there was radio silence from the support team until I contacted them 4 days later asking for an update to which they replied that I am in violation of having multiple accounts and that the investigation could take up to 60 days - https://ibb.co/sdKPZwZS

To which I replied that I never had multiple accounts on Betcoin, and that the system probably picked me up because I had used some random VPN extension to access the Betby sportsbook. Betcoin support afterwards replied to me "Did someone else also use your other email address?", which I was really confused about because I didn't remember using any other email address for the platform. I checked all my other inboxes and noticed that I previously had an account registered with Betcoin in 2017 and which was last used in 2020. However clearly as you will see from further conversation this was not really the issue support team was talking about - https://ibb.co/KjHxZsy1

Afterwards I contacted support a few more times checking in to see what's the situation with the investigation until finally yesterday 16th Sept after 60 days had passed I messaged them again to which they replied that the investigation concluded several weeks ago and that I am in violation of multiple ToS, namely rule 7.1 and rule 10.2.
Accusations of breaking rule 10.2 really confused me, they pasted only part of the 10.2 rule in their reply, so I assume that's the part of the 10.2 rule that they're accusing me of - "These actions include, but are not limited to: Syndicate play or participating in any type of collusion with other players. Development of strategies aimed at unfaithful winnings or advantage play, which is detrimental to our business, including participating in betting activity on a team/league you are employed by, have been employed by or have insider information on" - https://ibb.co/6007HVd3

I tried to get some clarification for the 10.2 rule which they accuse me of breaking and they simply started replying in rude behavior telling me that I will have problems soon and that I am a known scammer and to not create additional accounts "regardless you having your friends do KYC" - https://ibb.co/dsY6h1NX

So clearly they are confusing me with some other person/persons. I've fully complied with their investigation, did full KYC verification within their requested 60 minute timeframe (which is just ridiculous on it's own), created the account from my home IP address which is not used by other accounts, deposited from my personal crypto wallet and in the end they are accusing me of trying to scam their sportsbook (?)

We do not have confused you with someone else. Your account was flagged for abuse. Then it was determined that you had multiple accounts, which you lied about initially. Then we saw that the previous account was also abusive. So you are banned. When we say you will have problems soon, it simply means that the other sites you are scamming are learning how to detect abuse as well, with our help.

Also, you claim that it was radio silence until 4 days ago, yet you can clearly see from your screenshots that we told you about the 60 days on 22 Jul and then replied again on 30 Jul. In fact all of our replies came promptly, within 24 hours of your messages.

Nice 1st BitcoinTalk post, by the way. Excellent formatting of your complaint. Almost as if you have done this before..

Your account was flagged for abuse

That's the exact part I am confused about, because none of the two bets I placed had any form of 10.2 rule breaking which you accused me, they were completely normal bets.

Then we saw that the previous account was also abusive

In what way was my previous account abusive? I just looked through my inbox for that email again and I have no emails from Betcoin with any issues or complaints from that account, infact I have emails where I have requested withdrawals and they have been processed (back when Betcoin had the old skin and only BTC).

I am really wondering what other sites/sportsbooks I have "scammed", maybe you can throw some names out there so I can check my account status there? I could even help you out and provide my other Betby sportsbook accounts if you want to report the "abuse" from them.
I've never had any problems with any other Betby sportsbook and still don't, never had any withdrawals cancelled or my accounts blocked.

Think you confused something here. I said it was a 4 day radio silence since I submitted my KYC verification and had to ask for an update to find out there was a 60 day investigation happening.

I don't think this is excellent formatting of my complaint and there is no need to have done this before, just need a minimum amount of intelligence, logical thinking and time investment  Cheesy

Fair enough. Our point was that we have been extremely responsive and most other sites you scammed wouldn't give you the time of day on email or on here.  But we did misread your message.

Are you saying this is your first account on BitcoinTalk?

Okay, and I would still like to find out in what way any of my two bets were abusive or in your words "scamming" the sportsbook.

And/or also like to find out how my previous account (the one registered in 2017) was abusive or "scamming".

The TOS you violated are clearly stated in the email. We have been fully transparent and responsive about this matter since the day your account was suspended. This is not about $55 for us. We do not tolerate cheaters at any level. Our intention is for all banned accounts to come here, so we can prevent others from doing the same in the future. Another site would not have even bothered with this back and forth. If you want to go to mediation, go for it and you will lose like all the others. Otherwise, we are done here.

Okay. Could you please point me to where I can submit the mediation? Thank you.

We, ContestHunters, are always open our door to mediate and facilitate dispute resolution, given both parties agree that the verdict will be binding and it will only be the ADR attempt ever done, no ADR-hopping, and that some evidences are private and proprietary to the casinos that can only be set as restricted for the mediator's eyes only.

But... this snippet below...

You do acknowledge that you previously have account on Betcoin? You do aware that they prohibit multi-acc? Seemed like a case already closed, for me, by OP's own confession.

Except there is one small problem...

In 2017 I was not aged 18 or over. As per the KYC I submitted to them there is no way I could legally by law or by ToS have a previous registered in 2017 account with their website.

2.4 The website only accepts adult players (the minimum age is 18) and players who have reached the age specified by the jurisdiction of player’s place of residence as eligible for cryptocurrency online gaming.

Did you... hmm... how do I word this? Let's try: as the pace of me writing is not effective in let the situation marinate in your mind, I'll urge you to read below as slow as you can, reallll slow, take your time:

Did you just acknowledge that not only you have two accounts, the first account was indeed problematic as per your own admission and as per what they said? It is not their duty to let you play or have account despite the legal age. That clause is there for YOU to understand and reinforce to yourself that you are not allowed to play due to legal age restriction.

Now we have two self admission of multiple account and illegal age.

Please allow me to revise myself. I do still welcome you to raise your dispute on CH, but it will be a very easy case to close. So does when you raise on CG or AG or other ADR. You have your own full confession here. Not only on silver plate, you serve it on fine china. Any ADR will just close your case right away, favoring the casino, by reading this thread only. You might as well throw some diamonds and gold petals roses. I mean, you're halfway there already to butcher your own case, why don't go full throtle?
