I am not American. But I'd say that in a two-party system, the GOP is the one which I prefer. Democrats usually gets the support of the welfare rats and the unionists, while the hard working people usually vote for the GOP.

Also, more men and whites vote for GOP while females and minorities vote for the Dems.

I'll support the Libertarians. They are the only ones who do something against the government oppression.

I'd vote apolitical if there were an option; I do not agree with the practicality or ethics of politics, no matter the party; I do not see the value in robbing Peter to pay Paul; I do not believe coercion is good for my livelihood nor for global posterity.

What about the Libertarians who operate from within the GOP? Like Rand Paul? They have a much better chance of winning the elections also.

The modern political party system in the U.S. is a single-party neoconservative, roman like republic, which uses two puppet parties as a veil.

Glad I'm not the one who recognises this, in fact, most western countries operate on the same principal. you see a lot of them resort to evidence of corruption and resort to personal attacks because the reality is most of their policies are the same.

Unfortunately 90% of the population is brainwashed and they think that a new party cannot rise over the two established parties. The problem with democracy is that it gives too much importance to demography. So the voices of the 10% intelligent and sane people gets drowned by the remaining 90% brainwashed idiots. Sad situation.
