You friend is even holding up pretty well as compared to other folks in a quite similar situation...At the very least, he is very open about his thoughts, which is very much better than completely keeping it all to himself... And he isn't even having any sort of suicidal thoughts, that is definitely a relief... Frustration is what is making him sound that way though, and that is very much why the best approach is for him to just take a step away from Crypto space for a while if necessary...Doing so will make him avoid taking decisions out of anger that he may eventually end up regretting....He could focus on getting maybe a job or anything whatsoever that could keep his mind of that frustrating incident..And while he is channelling his attention elsewhere for that duration he planned his abstinence, he should also believe that his time will come.. Infact when that his time comes, it will reward his guys sleepless nights and days of frustration..

If your friend decides to start scamming people what else? Use that money to start a family or start buying properties? Like what my country people are doing? They so believe that stealing money and using the money right means you escaped karma or judgement.

When a fraudster researches karma sufficiently, they will never have the audacity to seize someone else wealth. But in the present time, there are very few individuals with this kind of mentality. Since we all think worldly thoughts and consider how to live luxuriously. Accordingly, when a person suffers financial loss, they become quite despondent and there is a risk of engaging in wrongdoing out of that regret. @OP, friend has faced exactly this kind of situation.

In my opinion, regardless of the circumstances, one should work hard with honesty and integrity. Because money and wealth can be regained. It is certain that one cannot truly be happy by deceiving others wealth.

While I understand the frustration, I don't think becoming a scammer will be more advantageous. For someone without character, it might not make any difference, as that person doesn't care about the suffering of others, but what about someone who isn't like that? Will the money earned be worth the loss of dignity and the weight on their conscience? I believe not.

Op's friend might have been drowning in a lot fo thought on his to either get revenge or male quick money like those scammers does. You know that's how it normally starts, first the thoughts comes in then you begin to have options.

Scammers will not have a good end, the laws of karma are real. You might get away today but tomorrow it all comes back knocking. They don't always have a good ending like in the fairy tales we all know.

Those people whom they steak from, will always lay curses on them and it will for sure affect them in the future.

Those that know the reality of the laws of karma and how doing something bad due to previous experience always result in will choose to follow the good person path instead of choosing to scam innocent people. Besides, making such decision don't differentiate the person from those that scam him/her because they also start their scam journey due to some thought as you said, and if everyone is going through this path we're actually giving the people that hate crypto or say negative things about it the right to have something more negative to say.
