The project is just a joke. Those who are familiar with the processes of baking pizzas, and there are many experts😉 here, admit that she only needs warmth. Probably, in his plans for the future there will be more serious, useful initiatives that allow him to combine round-the-clock mining with other familiar daily activities.

There's another topic almost related to this one but the discussion of that old topic was about a beer company using the heat from  a mining rig to produce beer, now this one is about using same source of heat to warm pizza, I think it's healthy, if not, then it's dumb of him to bring it open without verifying it's safe or has some health risks.

Yes, there are other topics that are kind of related to this. But then this is a bitcoin forum and I think everyone is free to tryout things they can think about so long as it’s doesn’t go against the forum rule. I do not see anything wrong in sharing this post. I’ve also seen a topic where a miner made his mining set up alongside playing doom. All this are just for fun I guess, so long as it doesn’t reduce the efficiency the primary aim of mining then it should be welcomed.

Another thing here is that he is trying to recycle waste, instead of the heat from the mining rig to be wasted, it’s being captured and recycled in this process, and we cannot say it’s unsafe or unhealthy if there is no any contamination evidence. so as long as the pizza is put in a bag, then it should be safe whether the heat source is from the mining rig.

Concern about health risk is too much, I don't see there is too severe health risk with it but I see this idea is too weird and not necessarily at all.

Bitcoin mining creates heat and there are different attempts to reuse that heat resource for something else: like beer production, pizza warmth, boil/ warm water, dehydrated food and more.

A guy named Andy Prokopyk (aka PizzAndy) have build himself a custom pizzabag that keeps mining Bitcoin and also keeps your Pizza warm for as long as the miner is active.

I read that he used BitAxe GT801, which uses 80watts and he used liquid cooling for the modding and this delivers 40°C that keeps his Pizza warms.

I think his is brilliant of him, but I have a BUT

Is this healthy? Can you eat Pizza that's warmth by an Asic heat?

As long as the device does not emit carbon-laden smoke or other toxic substances, it shouldn't be an issue. However, there is still a risk of such unwanted outcomes. Furthermore, the BitAxe's fan could potentially blow dust particles onto the pizza. So, I think you should consider a few things before trying to replicate this man's idea; if you do decide to give it a try, make sure the food is sealed tightly to prevent any harmful substances from getting in.

There are so many ways through which we can utilize the energy exerted from mining Bitcoin instead of allowing it to be rendered useless.

This makes it a lucrative idea for this person to achieve an innovation in his own way to keep his pizza warm in a bag using the mining energy, PizzaAxe. Any idea brought out with the use of Bitcoin could definitely bring a positive impact to others, as long as we are going to give more intentional on it benefits and how it could be made applicable in solving other users ' problems as well.

I think it’s practical and Andy Prokopyk took a page from the recyclable or renewable energy playbook. The heat of the ASIC miner

Practically, the mining would be very inefficient, with little to no chance of getting any meaningful rewards.

As a nerdy project just for fun, I don't think it's really necessary, and I doubt many people would want to try it. Since it was specifically designed for delivery packs, it wouldn't have enough mining power to realistically find a block or earn any rewards. I can also imagine it being more of a headache for the delivery guy.

I don't really see many benefits to running this kind of miner, apart from the fact that they are trying to make it look cool and give you a way to warm your pizza. Maybe other types of food could also fit in there.

Honestly I still don't see why some persons in this thread don't see that.... Of course there's been some weird products in the US that sold unbelievably but most of them turned out to be solutions to problems that existed but the creator didn't initially create them from those problems.

The heat emission from a mining ware of that nature is pretty low and it's as efficient as using that same power for a Heater of sorts. Tech is focused more on reducing heating instead.

I cannot consume such pizza because of the heat from asic mining device, such heat can cause cancer and decrease health values. The idea of the bag been used for mining is better, so what's the need of using it to heat pizza, that's the riskiest part of the development to be honest.
