OP wasn't clear enough in explaining their issue, but it seems that they are talking about their account on another website where they had some Bitcoin, not their forum account.

If that's the case I don't think I am conversant with any of the site he mentioned. However based on the fact that it's not a question that is directly related to this forum then I guess this post should be moved to the beginners and help board even if it's a case like I was assuming initially.

I think the moderator hasn't moved it to the B&H section because they are thinking it's a meta question based off the title. Thanks for the heads up.

Did the emails bounce? If they didn’t, your address may still exist. You just might not be seeing those emails because you might not have updated your email client with the right configuration. Have you tried logging into https://webmail.spectrum.net/ This is where you should be able to access emails going to your old Roadrunner email address.
