Bro, you are rubbing it the wrong way, but yep, that's true. You have to pull your hand out of every extra responsibility you have taken, but keep one thing in mind, the money that you spend on the needy is not a waste, never. You always get that in return from somewhere with 10x profit too.

I won't also include family size into this discussion because that's not relevant and not true even. Rich people have more wives, more kids too, poor can have only one or two wives, but they can definitely have 12 kids. That's why a country is poor, as the saying goes: WE are poor as an economy because a poor family gives birth to at least 5 more poor kids if they don't wish to change their lives in the future.

Greedy is a harsh word too, you just have to say no, and when you start saying no to extra trouble, burden just because you are humble, it means you are risking yourself. You will be there when they need you.

But they won't be, that's for sure. But before you actually reach that time, test them, fake everything, and test who is with you and who is not.

I don't know whether we should call that greed or the desire to be rich.
Can't we define greed and the desire to be rich differently?
I think we can consider those who work hard to get something and work tirelessly to increase their wealth without changing their wealth as greedy, as opposed to calling them greedy.
And we can call those who want to earn more wealth by taking risks on their wealth.
But if the desire to be rich is considered greedy, then I am inclined to be that kind of greedy.

Every human being always has needs. People work tirelessly to change their financial position with the main goal of becoming rich. Of course, this can be called greed because a person always plans to live like rich people by accumulating money and earning it to reach that position. Because if a person does not have greed, he will never work so hard to earn money. Everyone is greedy for money. If people did not have greed, they would not have the desire to take big risks. Everyone is greedy for money and wealth. Every person has greed, the only difference is that. Everyone has the desire to be rich and if people call it greed, then everyone tries to do it. Greed should not actually be called that, but we should call all those things greed, where a person expects to get more from something good even after getting it, that is what can be considered greed.

Be greedy with your money, you will  grow fast than a generous man that gives anyone that comes his way,  people are not good, when you're doing business you have to be greedy and be ready for abuse ,because many people will abuse you for not giving to them. Especially when you're just building don't start with giving people,  develop well and be rich first. That is why in my region, there are some people who believe that when you are growing your business, you must travel to a place where you don’t know anybody even. Because once you’re living together with them, you may not be able to say no when a family member or someone close to you comes with a request. So in my opinion a person can become rich without many people seeing you as a greedy person.

First of all, when it comes to achieving financial stability there is no way greed should be applied, in the context I'm sure you add trying to say that one must practice financial management and technically that's not the same thing as greed. On the road to being wealthy there are things that needs to be put in place, you need to understand how to control the Way you spend money or mind what you spend on, this is because your resources at that time is supposed to be put into what would generate wealth for you and in order for you to make sure that this is sustainable you must manage your profits effectively.

I don't understand why you are thinking that someone needs to be greedy in order to be wealthy. As far as I'm concerned being greedy can never make you wealthy, wealth is build through hard work, discipline, patience and wise financial decisions not greed. So I would advise you change your mentality, I'm not saying you should be spending money careless just spend wisely while chasing your dream. Learn to save, invest and make decisions that will benefit your future, instead of believing that greed is the key to success.

People will always talk whether you’re being greedy or not. Just remain focused until you achieve your dream goal in any business you’re venturing into. The people around you do not love you as much as think they care for themselves also. People will deliberately want you to borrow that money you’re using for business to help solve their issues when fully well they know that money is for business and not personal money to be spent. I like the idea of moving away from people you know in order to have your business flourish. At some point when you’re building a business, you need to be greedy with some request and put yourself and your business first in order to grow.

Also, greed is never going to make someone satisfied, because he will always want more and more, without never being enough. So, why someone fully conscious and aware about it would want such thing for himself considering it will only bring pain? I think some dosage of ambition is a good thing, as it can work as a motivation to leave comfort zone and pursue something else or hitting the next level, but it has to be in a balanced way, otherwise it ends becoming greed.

I must be honest, I really dislike this fixation you people have on wealth and wealthy people.
Why have we made money the most valuable thing in this world? Don't get me wrong, I understand how important money is, and I am also looking and working hard for it because I know I can't enjoy life without it, but we have made it the ONLY important thing in life, and it shouldn't be so, in my opinion.

Honestly, we need to change this perspective and look into this issue from very different angle. I don't think that there is anything wrong with wanting to become rich but the problem arises when it is assumed that money is going to tell us everything about a person. To earn money and to become rich, there are a lot of things that need to be done including hard work, taking risks, and acquiring valuable skills and it is also true that not every wealthy person has made money through all of these qualities and it is also true that being poor does not mean he does not have these qualities.

If someone is wealthy, it doesn't mean person is intelligent. Depends on us how we judge people we should judge them based on their actions and character as compared to their balance. And we often judge people by looking at them. If someone has money, that doesn't mean that person has a perfect life and being poor does not mean that person is not happy.
