Bisq?

I'm not sure how good the liquidity is there, but it's way too complex for normies to set up properly. (Even with Easy)

Easy bisq is terrible. Stay away from it. Bisq2 or Easy bisq are intended for newbies only, you cannot even trade more than $600 on bisq easy.

Quote

With the launch of Bisq 2, we introduced Bisq Easy — a new protocol designed specifically for Bitcoin beginners.
....

The protocol includes a global trade limit of $600, with individual trade limits based on seller reputation. Buyers do not need any reputation.

https://bisq.network/blog/trade-protocols/

Just use the real bist. It is good, and it has a decent liquid.

$10k is very easy to trade in BISQ if you are using USD or EUR. I have traded more than that in a few weeks in bisq using EUR.

I'm trying to compile a list.

Hyperliquid is also a solid choice. I have traded way more than that there.

You said you could do that easily but I would like to know what's next.

Because as far as I know, nations in Europe are very strict with tax and they have powerful infrastructures to trace their citizen money flows. You can trade (buy, sell) bitcoin on Bisq, even with big volume by doing several trades but to get USD or EUR, you will need to use banks.

Am I right about that?

If you need to use banks, you will have problems with tax.
How to avoid tax?

Well, if they are so unmotivated that they cannot even use Bisq then they do not care enough about their privacy. Either way I think Bisq should be in your list since the liquidity is quite good. Well... Maybe not for whales.

Put it on the list.

It is relatively difficult nowadays, to receive a clean Bitcoin without KYC.
Often are criminals offering hacked or stolen Bitcoin with no KYC to get rid of it in exchange for clean coins.
Clean coin are really difficult to obtain without KYC.
These claims are not correct and are provided without proof. Platforms have reputation systems in place for reasons like this, so there are traders that have made thousands or tens of thousands of transactions over the years without any issues. So this claim here is a false. If someone decides to purchase coins the wrong way or from unknown individuals then the responsibility of the bad decisions lies on the person. That they get criminal coins with these methods does not prove that getting clean coins without KYC is hard.

Criminals shouldn't be offering hacked/Stolen Bitcoin to innocent people,
Quite a strange way to write it, because that is exactly what they should be doing and are doing. This is a known method to get rid of bad coins. Criminals do criminal things so it is strange to write that they shouldn't do it, in discussions relating to these topics we should talk about what criminals are actually doing so that people can educate themselves and learn how to deal with those risks and potential issues.

and it's why buying Bitcoin from people and not the exchange is not safe because the Bitcoin you trade with someone can be stolen Bitcoin.
It is safe when done correctly, and the author of this thread knows that. Please don't make false claims here, he asked for help to create a list.

Also I thought hackers all know about Mixers? I expect the smart criminals to use mixers to get away with stolen Bitcoin instead of finding someone to sell them to,
Coins that come from mixers can often be tracked or they are marked as high risk these days.

I remember reading about the hacker who stole some ETH moved the coins through Uniswap.
But Uniswap is not a mixer, so I don't understand how this connects to the talk about mixers? Swapping on Uniswap can be traced directly through the blockchains, some tools have this very automated so there is no way to hide the coins by making on chain swaps like that.

If you need to use banks, you will have problems with tax.
How to avoid tax?
This thread is not about tax evasion?

Hyperliquid is also a solid choice. I have traded way more than that there.
You can buy Bitcoin without KYC on hyperliquid? I thought that was only crypto to crypto?
