There is nothing wrong with a series - or perhaps a sequel.
Hmm, what additional references or people do you think should be in a sequel?
I am not going to claim to be a musician or a poet, and surely it could be the case that if you had been trying to capture quite a bit of the wall observer in one song, then it could be problematic to try to mix the various themes - even though, various songs (whether they are a sequel or even some emphasis on a sub-theme) could end up capturing some other angle.. or maybe even just focusing on a few of the subthemes of the thread within any given song...
Of course, something like price/wall watching would have good odds of underly any of the songs, yet even various subthemes that we talk about from time to time, such as rivalry between bitcoin and shitcoins or bitcoin and trading.. or even claims that trading is the same as gambling... or various battles between regular members and seeming trolls - even though you might be disinclined to give too much spotlight to certain seemingly trolling members who might not have had been served much if any role beyond stirring shit...even though sure there have been a few famous trolls over the years too besides, proudhon, notlambchop and profesor stolfi.. and maybe even nullius (and various sock-puppets that he had created.. deathwish.. blah blah blah), and some of the more recent controversial figures could still be weaved into aspects of any song that might focus on a sub-theme or a few sub-themes that had already been mentioned in the first song.
Since there are more than 36k pages, there had been quite a few themes that had their passings, and maybe it can be difficult to catch some of the themes by following a period of time and trying to trace the thread of discussion, and then maybe one theme comes up, such as the taking of pants by the chocolate covered guy that was hiding under the cupboards out of fear of prices, yet that theme might not come up again with several month gaps in the follow up, and likely many of us realize that the breaking of the Imgur image links has taken away some abilities to follow or to make sense of thread themes since for sure through the years, some members (not even excluding yours truly) had communicated good amounts of their ideas through the recycling of images and even original image creations that might have been weaved in the posts.
Sometimes we might not realize the history of some theme until the theme comes up, so for example, Homer likely only really begun to do hats, and then later the lazers on the hat images after those themes came out in the larger bitcoin space, yet Homer took it one step further in his coming up for hats for members who might have not even asked for a hat, but ended up wearing one, and there were even attempts at rival haberdashery, and yeah, the theme of hats and lazers is captured in time as a piece of history, yet maybe these days there seems to be less emphasis on either hats or lazer eyes.. even though I wouldn't proclaim either of those themes to be dead in the WO thread, since some bitcoin events could end up reviving some aspects of themes that might relate to hats, lazers, sandwiches, pants, haikus, location puzzles or even wannabe pee pics.
Oops, I almost recently forgot about some of the ongoing battles related to paper bitcoin, as if there was much if any value in the various paper bitcoin themes that have been being pushed, and yeah maybe more popular since January 2024, but yeah, paper bitcoins are not completely a new thread topic (or rivalry?) either.
Of course, someone mentioned that the mindrust meltdown theme was pretty famous, even though that stemmed back to March of 2020, but the context of such meltdown really only captured a point in time, and yeah mindrust is an active member of the forum who vowed to never come back to the WO thread, and so far he has not (maybe someday we might be surprised.. since sometimes other members will storm off of the WO thread and then end up coming back after we thought that we had gotten rid of them), so there could be some tensions to highlight negative aspects of currently active members, even though we engage in those kinds of behaviors in the thread from time to time, and there is some memory involved even though some of the current members may not remember or know the details of some of the interactions.. yet some members who return have a history that precedes them, and sometimes there will be ongoing rivalries too.. and some of the rivalries will be subtle.. and by the way, I am pretty sure that cAPSLOCK has some sensitivities for not being recognized as a fairy proliferator and even an also rival towards walls of texts, and Bobblaw had his own seemingly several temper tantrums over the years even though getting into walls of bot texts in recent times.. and yeah, there can be good, bad and ugly with any member, whether a regular WO member or a member who ONLY sporadically appears in the WO from time to time.
Historically, we had some members who had attempted to capture data-driven aspects of the thread and even trends or even to catalogue the posts of the thread, and those might have been captured in poems rather than songs, and even sometimes making a directory of hats like (whoops I forgot the name V101.. o.k... I cannot remember everything).. even capturing some member merit behaviors, such as fillippone's data splurges from time to time. Oh and we had a few members change their names, yet still get deadnamed.. but maybe I shouldn't bring those things up with some of the members trying to create their real life clubs (or connections to the WO thread), maybe with $100k parties or other party plans that may or may not have had invited other forum members.. not that many of us want to be doxed, so there can be doxing and anti-doxing themes that come out from time to time, too...and think about some of the dudes game themes that started in the WO and perhaps had some aspects of controversial, but since members were winning actual money, there might have been fewer battles contrary to those, even if they started out in the WO.. .but then later seemed to have had gone away, and yeah, free beer or even certain specifics of price predictions had their moments.. but that might have had been related to adam (drama with adam's fall out too). and yeah, Infofont took over the thread through a vote (ancient history, no?) but he has been a largely absent leader.
