I am building a Layer 1 blockchain in Rust called Bellycoin, using FN-DSA as its digital signature scheme.

Bellycoin is inspired by the currency used in the manga and anime One Piece.

The network uses a Nakamoto-style Proof-of-Work (PoW) consensus mechanism with a flat block subsidy of 1,000 BELLY per block and a target block time of 60 seconds.

i did get the miner working local, with what you posted how to. 
but i am not understanding the point to mine local, when i am mining and winning every block?
