THE ECONOMY IS REDUCING FAMILY POPULATION..

I have seen families in my country that have many kids, including one of my neighbour, the family don’t have a good work and still be able to feed the family, the man is a farmer and have more than 12 children’s, when i ask about his children some people say that he has 23 children but some are not with him because he marry many wife’s and divorced some, he is feeding them and they are all good, but what affects the children is that none of the kids were able to attend school or get educated because the parents can not afford to take them to school, that shows that some families don’t care about the economy.

They don’t care about the economy? But how could they, when they themselves lack any formal education? What kind of knowledge can they pass on to their children—perhaps just how to till the land and grow vegetables? And what else? Are they condemning their children to the same kind of life they lead themselves? Yes, undoubtedly—in most cases, that is exactly what happens.

It is far better to have only as many children as one can afford to provide with an education. Life is much easier with an education than it is without one.

Saying that one should have as much children as he can take care of still is not even the best advice because it sounds misleading. As a modern human, what exactly are you doing all those children if you gave birth to over 10 to as many as possible? The economy is not getting better and this is not longer the stone age when families only survived on hunting and farming. A child needs education and establishment.

If you have excess resources, you don't have to give birth to hundreds of children, you can take care of your neighbours own of even open an NGO to assist other families. The world needs to become a better place and we can not achieve a better world with self-centred attitude of birthing multitudes because you think you can train them. Fortunately, many world billionaires don't give birth to multitudes, they channel their resources in charity to touch lives.

On the average, I think that no reasonable person would want to give birth to more than 3, 5 or 7 at the most noticeable matter your financial capacity. If the money is in excess, help your neighbours.

Yes, money and cost of living are just one factors to many why people want to have fewer kids. But you can't say same to some people who barely have enough to feed themselves but yet bring in more kids to the world. So cost of living and money are not the only reason why people give birth to lesser number of children.

What about career. Some peoples career path has made them not to even give birth at all. And if they do is usually one or two.

Age is another one. One gets too old that fewer kids becomes an only option.

So cost of living and money is just one factor to a lot of factors.

I agree to this, many factors can be a reason For child bearing,  family planning is very important in marriage,  economy is  just a one reason,  just as you listed career choice, age and environment determine thr number of children family want to born. Health is not reason, a woman that gave birth through cs will limit thr number of children she will born for her health sake.

Rich money born less children because othe thief career,  while poor home has more children than rich home,  it's a matter of choice and understanding between parents,  it's important to born children you can train and take care of, your financial situation should be in check before giving birth to a child.

Today be alone is cheaper than be in relationship, have family, but having a child is similar to be bankrupt. People also became more selfish and closed. People dont get the idea of a marriage; additional to get married is expensive today. Not to mention how has decreased level of responsibility. Life turn costly daily. It is not a surprise that people dont want to have children, when some dont even have enough money for themselves.

The annual % change of total population has said it all. It's always going lower and lower.  The growth of living cost is now forcing people to think for twice before they have childrend. The more childrend, the bigger living cost. At the same time, the growth of salary is not catching up to the inflation. So the money earned from working is not even enough to keep people's life.

This is why the mindset to child free is getting widen so fast. When you have so many burden in your shoulder, you will not be thinking to merried, then having a child. This trend gets so popular in my country.

Not long ago, I was watching a presentation by a professor—an economist and one of the founders of the Higher School of Economics—who noted that by the end of this century, China’s population will shrink to 600 million people. Currently, the country is home to about 1.5 billion. Why do I bring up these figures? China holds a leading position in the global economy, yet even that is not enough to improve the situation.

Now, consider what might happen to countries where the economic situation is far less favorable.

At the beginning of this century, there was a great deal of talk suggesting that, given the prevailing demographic trends, humanity would soon face the problem of overpopulation. In reality, however, the exact opposite is happening.

Being the leading of global economy is not guaratee if their people are living without pressure. The fact that their GDP is still far less than US, and their quantity is the only thing that is helping them to be placed among the country with good GDP. If you're seeing them in term of individually, their people are not as rich as US or other developed nations in EU.

Beside that the trend is changing at the middle way because the inflation is growing far higher than the salary people got. So it forces people to follow the paradigm about child free because they're struggle to keep their live. It makes no sense if they try to make a family.

Slowly but surely, China's population will be also declining due to the pressure of cost of living + inflation.

This is not just about the economy, but it has more to do with how much money or incomes that is coming into the house, because if a man that cannot take proper care of himself and his wife decided to give birth to three or four children, that family will fall deeper into poverty,  because feeding every mouth to their satisfaction in that house hold will be impossible, so the economy and most importantly the income that is coming into that house is what's determined the numbers of children couples give birth to this days, because not paying attention to little but important details like that will only lead to much suffering from that family.

Every person starting a family must understand the importance of family planning, the economy isn't getting better, even the future is difficult to predict in terms of how prosperous it will be, every new family must initiate family planning if they want life to be easier.

The government should also play a crucial role in birth control, families giving birth to many children beyond their care are reasons why we have many poor people. Overpopulation does more damage to the economy, the worst of it, the poor are the ones giving birth to so many children they can't care for.

Generally when the economy is not favorable to the citizens so many things are being affected negatively including family population just as you described, but some times having more or less children become entirely an individual decision, there are those that have more than enough to take very good care of more than 2 children maybe like 5 but in their own choice and decisions they are having just 2 children while most people that have enough to even take care of 2 children are having like 5 children regardless of their financial situation that is to say there are other factors not just the economy that are responsible for reducing family population.
