Having good health is very important for everyone, so it's important that we take our health seriously and do things to enhance it. Like the slogan health is wealth and its so true, because without good health you can't go chasing money. Like my brother will say "you might complain you have a lot of problem, but once you become sick, your problem become only one, which is your health " this is so true. I think we have to try to exercise regularly and eat healthy and also avoid stress and things that put our health at risk.
I don't think that health is completely in someone's control. Some people eat very healthy food and exercise regularly and they also take care of themselves but still, when the time comes, they become sick for many reasons: it can be genetic, it can be because of different environmental conditions or it might be because of factors that are not in human control.
Have you ever heard the saying "Exercise is Medicine"? Sure, we can't control everything, but we can still do our part.
Taking care of our health doesn't guarantee we'll never get sick, but it can reduce the risk of certain diseases and improve our overall health.
Also, with the changing environment and increasing inflation, not everyone is able to get nutritious food or they do not have enough time to exercise because of their busy working conditions that they do to meet basic needs. Stress cannot always be avoided especially when someone is struggling in their life either financially or they are dealing with any sort of family responsibilities. So instead of telling people that they have to live a healthy life, we should also see the conditions that they live in.
You are not wrong. But if you really get what "health is wealth" means. Trust me, you would not put your health on the back burner just because life is busy or tough.
Its the same with money. You know how important it is, so no matter how hard the work gets, even if it seems beyond what you can handle, you'll still find a way to earn it.
So why can't we show that same attitude toward our own health ? Maybe you haven't really understood just how important your health is.
