Official BiggerZ Statement Regarding aleks86's ComplaintWe would like to formally address this complaint and clarify BiggerZ's position.
First and foremost, we firmly reject any suggestion that BiggerZ has arbitrarily withheld player funds or refused to process a legitimate withdrawal without justification.
This case is not a routine withdrawal dispute. The account in question was flagged following a notification from our platform provider concerning irregular activity that required further investigation. BiggerZ takes such notifications extremely seriously. Protecting the integrity of our platform, our gaming ecosystem, and our players is a fundamental responsibility, and we will not compromise our risk and security procedures under any circumstances.
A comprehensive investigation was conducted, covering the account's gaming activity, transaction history, Following this investigation, BiggerZ made the decision to permanently close the account in accordance with its internal risk policies. We stand firmly behind this decision.
We also want to address the duration of the investigation. Complex cases involving multiple providers, technical reviews, and extensive transaction histories require appropriate time and diligence. Our priority is to ensure that decisions are based on a thorough assessment of the available evidence rather than rushed conclusions
The time taken to complete this investigation reflects the seriousness with which we approach such matters.
Our findings, supporting documentation, and complete position have already been shared privately with the Casino Guru team for their assessment, we will not publicly disclose sensitive account information, internal risk assessments, or confidential findings simply in response to public allegations.
BiggerZ remains fully committed to fair gaming, platform integrity, and the protection of legitimate players. Equally, we reserve the right to take appropriate action whenever serious integrity concerns arise.
Our position on this case remains unchanged and is supported by the findings of our investigation.
BiggerZ Team
Casino Guru is one of the largest and most established independent mediators in the online gambling industry. BiggerZ knows perfectly well that its offshore licence offers players very limited practical protection compared with a genuine independent dispute-resolution process.
That is exactly why the outcome of the Casino Guru complaint matters so much.
A casino cannot simply confiscate or withhold a player's balance, publish a vague statement about “irregular activity”, “internal risk policies” and “confidential findings”, and expect everyone to accept that as proof.
The whole purpose of an independent mediator is to examine the evidence from both sides and assess whether the operator's actions were justified. In this case, Casino Guru closed the complaint as Unresolved and BiggerZ received more than 16,000 black points, contributing to a Safety Index of around 3.0 – Very Low.
If BiggerZ had convincing evidence capable of justifying its actions, Casino Guru was exactly the place to provide it. A polished PR statement on Bitcointalk is not a substitute for evidence presented to an independent mediator.
For many experienced players, refusing to cooperate properly with a major independent mediator - or failing to provide evidence sufficient to resolve such a serious complaint is enough to place an operator on their personal blacklist.
BiggerZ does not get to act as judge, jury and beneficiary of its own decision. If you withhold a player's money, the burden is on you to provide a credible and verifiable justification. Repeating vague accusations publicly proves nothing.
BiggerZ is licensed in Anjouan, Comoros. That licence may exist formally, but from a player's perspective its practical dispute protection is very limited. The Anjouan regulator itself states that it does not mediate or adjudicate individual player complaints. So when a serious dispute over player funds arises, independent mediators such as Casino Guru become far more important in practice than the licence itself.
