Welcome to the Forum!

I have to say, I like the "retro" style, but that background is killing my eyes, especially when reading the terms and conditions. Perhaps putting a different background when visiting the ToS would be a good idea?

One thing I noticed is that the Sport section is completely empty. No matches, no markets, no results, or upcoming schedule. Is that still work-in-progress or is something else affecting it?
Could it be a loading issue at the time you visited that section? I checked their sports section, and everything seems to be there(image below for reference).

It is very simple something that it should not cause argument but they are benefiting from it and that is why they are all coming to announce that they are No KYC operational but inside them they are operating KYC. And another thing again there is no license number in the casino website to know if they are operating under any authority.

Op can come explain to us why you don't have license and asking for user to submit their identity? It seeing you are hiding things. No license and No KYC here but the ToS has KYC policy.
It shouldn't be that much of a problem to have a no license unless they really implement the no kyc thing in their casino.

The biggest thing I'm focusing on is, yahoo62278 is on there, I really want to see a casino whose marketing is consistent with their internal policies. Because at the moment I haven't seen a casino where there isn't more or less contradiction about this KYC issue. Let's wait if they were going to be that one by removing the contradictory part of their policies?

Anyway, @jetLA, welcome to the btt community, the website interface is giving me some nostalgic feelings, but except this one lol(seeing only bo**ies). Luckily my wife wasn't around at the time.😂

Welcome to the forum, but not a good start regarding the KYC issue. Lying in your opening thread really doesn't bode well or make people trust you. I'll certainly not be signing up.

I find this curious. Have you reached an agreement to promote the casino? If so, the KYC issue should be clarified first and foremost.
I have been chatting with the team and will address the kyc thing before anything happens.

I think nearly all casinos misrepresent themselves with the no kyc these days, so i would like to see an answer to this myself.
The likely answer you will get is that the KYC requirements embedded on their ToS is just to shield them from the regulators and that they will hardly ask for KYC. This has been the answer from most of those casinos that advertise as no-KYC which I don't find appropriate because when there is real issue, they will also enforce KYC and quote their TOS. I prefer they remove the "No KYC" and rephrase their ToS in such a way that people will know that they can use the platform without mandatory KYC but the casino reserves the right to request for KYC when they deem it necessary.

Welcome to the forum jetLA - how's this pronounced btw? jet-lah? Or jet-L-A?
I like the retro 90s vibe of the site; it's not often I see this type of theme used on a casino, plus the funny banner/ads. LMAO
However, it looks like you guys are still building the site; the promotions page still points to a 404 error (or is it just me? Has anyone else encountered this?)
One thing I would suggest is at least adding a semi-transparent overlay on this page (https://jetla.com/terms-conditions) so the text can be easily read.
As for KYC issues, I just checked on the same page today 10/13/26, and despite having "No KYC" in the thread title, it's still implied in clause 9.5.1 that they'll enforce it. Maybe they'll revise their ToS to reflect what they're advertising?

Perhaps jet-L-A. If it is jet-lah, it will be written like jetla. My guess with 2 cents and it could be wrong.

It's quite common with casino advertisement, as no KYC but there are terms for KYC later. Some users discovered it and complained about it before your post in this announcement thread too.

It's how casinos want to make their casinos look more attractive with guests, turn them to users, and I disagree with such advertisement but at least through earliest posts and questions about KYC in this thread, any people who visit and read this thread will quickly be aware of JetLA's KYC policy.

It wasn't a loading issue or a problem on their end. I tried it again now after seeing your reply and again the sports section was completely empty just like last time. So I closed the tab, disconnected from my VPN, and tried again. Without the VPN it worked and I can see the sports betting section in its entirety. It's weird that the VPN only affects sports betting and I can access other parts of the website when my VPN is on. There was also no message or notification saying that I should turn off VPN software.

Welcome to bitcointalk Jetla, another casino promoting itself to be a nokyc platform. First look at the TOS and we can find this: https://jetla.com/terms-conditions
9.5.1" Jetla is entitled, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use any additional procedures and means it may deem fit to verify the player’s identity, age, residence, and other circumstances (KYC), both before and after effecting deposits into player accounts and/or making a withdrawal. At any point after a player account is initially verified, Jetla reserves the right to request additional documents if circumstances impose such actions (e.g., use of a new payment method, suspicious account activity, changes in withdrawal patterns, or regulatory requirements)."

You might say that you will enforce kyc only in specific circumstances, but this also what kyc casino do. You said that kyc is enforced even the user changes the payment method. According to this I have to use only payment method and never change what you call a withdraw pattern. I think I should consider finding some better alternatives. Many of them do already exist.

Hello everyone,
Thank you all for your feedback. We truly appreciate it.

We saw some concerns regarding our KYC policy. We think your feedback is fair and it is stated in our terms and conditions that we indeed can enforce KYC if deemed necessary.
We do not impose routine KYC thresholds, so regular players can enjoy jetLA without having to undergo verification or share personal information.

9.5.1 Jetla is entitled, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use any additional procedures and means it may deem fit to verify the player’s identity, age, residence, and other circumstances (KYC) whenever there are reasonable grounds, signs, or suspicions of fraudulent behavior, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other malicious or prohibited actions.

But we definitely fall short of the absolute term "No KYC Casino" and that is why we've decided that it is completely fair to remove it out and focus on our No VPNs policy.

What this means is that you can enjoy all games and providers worldwide without VPN requirements and location blocks!

Is there any way for people that arent US based to change to odds format to decimal or fractional?

Also is there any feature for one logged in the site to view the maxbet offered on a certain event on the sportsbook?

I spoke with the team earlier and they said there is no license and will be no kyc, the terms were there from when they 1st created the site. They should address the situation in the next 24 hours.
If there is no license, then this casino is under the auspices of which regulator? Can the license still be processed?
Yep, it can be said that license is important for a casino that this is legitimate.

The user's concern here is that the thread title [No-KYC] contradicts the ToS by mentioning KYC even though it doesn't say 'required' I think it's better to remove the word [no-KYC] so that there is no doubt.
Besides, I understand that crypto casinos have the same rules, in the sense that they will apply KYC when the situation is suspicious or other abuse.
While regular players who play normally without breaking their rules will not be subject to KYC.

Hey, you can follow the screenshot and change the odds to decimal by accessing "Odds Settings" on your betslip and accepting the changes.

But what really made you guys to write No KYC when you know that you are fully supporting KYC? Do you know that there is a kind of deception? That is not withstanding, if you want to build a reputable account and casino, you have to do the right thing from now on. Because most people know that No KYC is was a kind of marketing strategy but we don't accept it here. All what you have to do is to be transparent of all your dealing and quick respond from your to complains.

And another thing if only you can meet any responsible manager to launch a campaign with a long term (years). Then your reputation can be build in the long run like other casinos.

What made us write No KYC is that we do not enforce it on regular customers, there is no routine KYC and there are no thresholds, so you can freely enjoy jetLA. Upon review and looking at the feedback, we completely agree that we fall short of the complete No KYC policy, so we've decided that it is fair not to promote ourselves in that way as it's misleading.

Really dig the whole GBA inspired ANN presentation and site design myself since I am a gamer since eons and have played plenty of Pokemon games etc on the GBC, GBA etc. However, no license is a red flag to me which is why I suggest applying for one soon.

Good to see y'all removing no-KYC from the title after all the feedback. Will definitely play here if y'all acquire a properly license later on.

Wise move. But please don't keep misleading readers about your previous rules about kyc enforcement as it was stipulated in the clause in the TOS that you edited earlier. You were about to enforce kyc for changing payment which is a strange condition, and also for what you call it "withdraw pattern", which is a vague concept that can be interpreted by different means. I can also see that you went from NOkyc to novpn, while yahoo said that you informed him that you will be a full nokyc casino since you are operating without an activity license. Which one is the right, or did I misinderstand something?

Since it’s practically impossible to state that you will never ever question a user that has suspicions of fraud, multi accounting or bonus abuse, as those are simply events that happen in any online casino, it is false to state that we are 100% No KYC, that is why we removed it and explained exactly when KYC might be applied. We hope that it’s all clear with this topic and we apologize for the misunderstanding and really appreciate the feedback you all gave!

Really dig the whole GBA inspired ANN presentation and site design myself since I am a gamer since eons and have played plenty of Pokemon games etc on the GBC, GBA etc. However, no license is a red flag to me which is why I suggest applying for one soon.
License is important and with users, at least people who do their very first search about a casino before becoming users, will consider a license as one of most important thing. It's like with cryptocurrency, they look for non custodial and open source wallets. Open source is very important while only open source is not enough to make a wallet is high quality, secure and not scam.

Good to see y'all removing no-KYC from the title after all the feedback. Will definitely play here if y'all acquire a properly license later on.
It's a good change from JetLA because it makes them more honest in marketing and no longer use buzzwords for misleading users. Users on their sides are responsible to check with JetLA's ToS and find necessary information about KYC terms on the casino.

That was so thoughtful of you people by  presenting everything the way it is. Unlike some casinos that will be misleading the general public to be none KYC but deep down they knows what they are doing. Perhaps, you transparency is what has probably captured me I will be sign up anytime soon. Maybe, then I'll will see how interested and how much fun I could get throughout my stay with your platform. Nice work, welcome to the forum. Goodluck.
