I feel that there is a need to know more than just investing in cryptocurrency, people also need to learn how to manage the money when it comes as a profit from the investments made, and also the other opportunities.

Yeah cryptocurrency or Blockchain technology sound a bit too off for me too. Cryptocurrency is very wide and it also involves certain financial topics like investing, managing finances and understanding how to properly allocate your finances to avoid mismanagement so crypto or Blockchain technology narrows it down to just teaching only cryptocurrency and Blockchain technology.

I have always believed that schools should teach financial literacy from the early years. These classes could cover trading, assets, entrepreneurship, and investments including cryptocurrency trading and investment within the investment module. This way, children would grow up knowledgeable about finance, cryptocurrency, and other assets, while gaining a better understanding of the effort required to earn money and why it should be valued. That is why some replies suggest that the technology, instead of Bitcoin itself to be introduced into the educational curriculum.  Blockchain technology is not banned by any government, instead some are inclined to use it for their system upgrade.  I also suggest teaching the technology, or as the topic says, add blockchain technology to the curriculum, and I think it would be better if DLT is introduced instead, to cover different DLT technologies that are currently used in cryptocurrency industry.

Another reason why crypto cannot be included in the educational curriculum or educational institutions is due to regulatory factors and religious/ethical perspectives. I wanted to point out your statement that Bitcoin cannot be used as a legal means of payment like fiat currency, my country has already accepted Bitcoin as a mode of payment, although it is not recognized as legal tender, accepting Bitcoin as a mode of payment already establishes that it can be used as payment like fiat currency.

They are not going to do it, Bitcoin has the potential to wake people up, and this is what the government hates the most, the kids of today are so smart that they have different ways or thinking compre to old people.

You are right. The government will try to be careful not to raise a generation of people that will rebel against them. Imagine a generation of people that will use bitcoin to avoid being taxed. The government knows that issues will arise when it comes to monitoring the financial activities of these young people. The truth is, for now, the government will never considered such.

As people interested in passing these knowledge to the younger generation, then we should start with our children and younger relatives if they are interested in learning how to be financially free through bitcoin. What they can't control, they won't allow it, so as long as the government aims for manipulation and control, any decentralized asset like bitcoin will not be introduced in schools, as well as crypto and blockchain.
