What I think is pure genius though from the CEO’s standpoint is that he pretty much made the greatest campaign ever for their online casino by doing the exact opposite of what the other casinos do because it was so controversial and drama rich, right? Just from all the social media posts from this so called “ban” that was written into the contract.
I don't know why I am lost from grabbing this stark contracts you are emphasising about this Jack and you neither did not say what exactly that he did opposite from other social gambling influencers did.
I guess you forgot to add link to the source of information you are trying to pass on following this discussion else, it would save some stress of the random qquestio because I would had really love to learn that his social media content.

And I am also wondering who the Mr Jack is because I can not remember any experience about him being discussed in the forum either, or maybe I have if he is truly that popular and  a legend partnering with one of the most promoted crypto casino in the forum but I can not remember.

However, it is always a good strategy to be unique from others at market place where there is competition.

The guy usually makes some annoying YouTube videos most of them are about flashing his cars, house and other things that maks feel rich and expensive. It's even good that he is unable to post on the social media , because of the contract he signed. My own confusion here is that why was his manager and lawyer not with him, when he signed that contract.  Was he so dumb that he didn't read the terms and conditions on the contract.  I guess he was just blinded by the money behind  the contract that couldn't make him talk.  But I still don't believe this whole talk about him. How does he wants to get of their contract , except he terminate it or his lawyer find some loop hole in it.

Wow, this is a brilliant marketing tactic Cheesy  He doesn’t want to ruin his reputation on social media, but he wants to make money from a partnership deal with Shuffle. The question is, how could he possibly have signed the contract without reading all the terms and conditions? Haha, I’m sure he actually read everything, and one of the reasons he posted it was to promote the casino but in a different context. It’s genius. Tongue

I think it’s all a set up, and a good one at that. They knew the internet was going to eat this shit up and that they would get way more publicity for a stunt like this and even so much as the CEO taking the stance he did on some rich YouTuber 21 year old, people love it.

What do you guys think?
If this is a set-up, it worked because apparently, Shuffle gained what they want to be gained, and that's popularity and publicity.
If this isn't, what I will just say is that, MONEY WORTH SPENT just like the CEO said in his tweet on X. Cheesy

I'm not a follower of this stupid internet influencer who's always hungry for fame, but I've seen how horrendous his videos are especially on one livestream where their car crashed and instead of finding for some medical treatment, he decided to make a livestream off of it. Now who's in the right mind to do that? None. Anyway, Doherty's life has been on a downfall ever since, and if I'm not mistaken, he even created his own meme coin just to... maybe rug pull his "supporters and followers" if there are.

Marketing tactic or not, I guess I can say that both benefitted from it. Smiley People love online fights. It's just a bit odd to see the CEO spending money to let this MOFO shut his mount. Usually, we see the opposite, right? Cheesy
