Emails for pressing issues... What do you think?

Basically a suggestion I had in mind is the admins make preparation for bulk emails to be sent out when any of all these mass hacks happen. The email obviously should not contain any link just a warning that there's a current hack on...... And a short brief. No links to avoid phishing and if they did need further clarification they could visit the forum normally since the link to the thread will always be pinned.

Honestly, I do not keep an eye on my inbox like I used to... sometimes I think I go almost a week without opening it (obviously, my behavior is different with corporate e-mail).
Why? Because e-mail nowadays is like a physical mailbox from decades ago.... it hardly receives anything good, just spam and useless stuff.

But, taking advantage about your idea, I think it would be a good idea if, for example, a Telegram BOT were created for these notifications, and anyone who wants to stay informed about these alerts should subscribe for it.
Now that would be useful for me, and perhaps for most of us here.

Well, if you are subscribed to good stuff, you will receive good stuff, and move the spam to spam, so those emails will stop coming to primary mailbox.

Personally, I wouldn't even be using third party bots if forum had in-built system for notifications.
