Maybe you meant Smart Money, not Whales. Whales are about volume/size. Smart Money is about performance. There are many filters for identifying Smart Money, and different people have their own filters.
Personally, I use GMGN and FOMO. On GMGN, for example, they already have features that allow people to easily scan and track Smart Money. On FOMO, you can also see a leaderboard based on performance, with PNL for 24H, 7D, 30D, and ALL, and you can track their ongoing positions and trading history.
These type of places usually show people who are lucky for the moment, but you do not know if they were this good before, or will be this good in the future.
For example, I have faced a dude who turned his money 100x more in a single trade, but he was still in a loss; think about it: the dude used maybe like a thousand dollars and made 100k, but he was still in a loss, because he lost more than 100k before that trade. Same with gambling. So there is no guarantee that the people you see there will always stay there, they could, or maybe they will start doing terrible.
