Curacao license new regulation adds extra protection to players since they are now requiring casinos to have a dedicated ADR to handle player concerns against them.

That’s the only casino license I might consider as legit if they indicated an ADR. You’re statement here is generally correct most of the time but still there’s a chance of selective scam even on big casino.

Any players concern is something we intend to address with or without an ADR. Our ethos is to provide a platform that is safe and fair for our users. There is the livechat on our platform and we will actively look into forums and threads here to resolve any dissatisfaction you or any user that may face.

This is a good long-term goal for the business.

However, there are a lot of license casinos that selectively scam or totally scam players by ignoring complaints and just continuing the operation with existing cases.

I’m not trying to do premature judgement on your operation but an ADR will give a sense of assurance that the player has something to use as last resort defense in case a problem occurs.

Fair point, and we appreciate you raising it. We understand that players want an option they can rely on beyond the operator itself. An independent dispute option is something our team is reviewing, and we’ll update this thread once we have more to share.

Just looked at ccc and there are two sports categories in it, the saba sports and then the BTI sports. Both didn't proceed, I think that it's best if you can allow the guest to look at the BTI sports. So any guest and potential user can have a view with those sections. While for the saba sports, I think this is only specific for those users who are into specific geographical locations. Because it doesn't also proceed.

Thanks for the feedback! BTi Sports needs a logged-in account (without KYC), and SABA Sports applies its own regional restrictions, could you tell us which geo did you try from?. We’ve also passed your suggestion about a guest view of BTi to our team.
Thanks, I'm using tor for testing and that's why it sets to different geo. But that's nice of you for suggesting that to the team. Because many of the sportsbooks here are allowing their guest to view the BTi sports for the interesting sports and odds that they look for. I do that often and so, if it can be viewed without the requirement to login will be good for guests and potential new users.

Thanks for clarifying! Your guest-view suggestion for BTi is with our team, and we agree it would help new users explore the odds before signing up.

Two sportsbooks on one platform, this is an interesting setup  Cool

I did try both of them, and honestly I just feel the UI on the BTI sportsbook is more appealing and maybe has more games at anytime, plus availability of streaming games even though some restricted me because of country, but still am still to discover more gems as I continue to play from here  Smiley

Glad you’re enjoying it! Great to hear the BTi interface and live streaming are working well for you. Do let us know if you come across anything we can improve.

They probably undergo on that situation, if the gambler and casino didn't settle with the dispute raise against them.

For possible selective scamming, I guess its up for the casino if they plan to do that. Since if there's recorded incident happen and someone file or post an accusation against them, this is the start on which many people start to lose trust on their casino.

But to early to tell about that, since so far they are doing good here. Also quiet good to see their representative is so active answering people in this thread.

Getting a license will definitely take time, but during the process, the casino can try to give users confidence that this casino will not disappoint in any way. Well when the trust is in the can and at the same time the license has been received, then it will make it easier for the casino to do the promotion. And of course with the trust that has been obtained it will be easier too, because users will also willingly give their experience while playing at the casino.

As long as the casino provides something that users want, then that trust will slowly grow from the users, and will certainly attract new users to come.

We appreciate it! Fair games, responsive support and smooth deposits and withdrawals are exactly what we’re focused on while our license is in progress.
And the truth is that users are not complicated in demanding how the casino should operate, as it is said, Fair games, support that can quickly respond, and fast deposit and withdrawal processes. That's the basic thing that users want.

Well in addition there may be other things, such as promotions, monthly gifts and other such. But it is not mandatory in my opinion, it is optional in nature to make users able to continue playing at the casino. However it can also be adjusted to the budget that the casino has.

Thank you ! Agreed, getting the basics right comes first, and we’ll keep being active here to answer questions and share updates.

Interesting indeed, have you tried their BTI sportsbook? I already tried the SABA sportsbook but unfortunately I placed wrong bet and when I wanted to cashout and fix my choice but I couldn't find cashout button in SABA sportsbook. Curious if BTI sportsbook have cashout button feature.

You're welcome, and thanks to you too for being conversible. Not a lot of representative are like you so, I'd say that you're a good job on this one. Hoping to see that the team will consider that and let's see how quick they will change that or not. If not, that's okay and they know better than anyone else if it's about the design and feature of ccc.
