I am not an expert in cryptocurrency trading but I am trying my best and also exploring different materials to make sure I have the right knowledge regarding Bitcoin trading.
There was a day at home when I was using my phone to access my cryptocurrency exchange where I have little funds that I am using for my practice, someone saw me along the line and cared to know what I have been doing with my phone all time, whether If I do not have a better job to do than staying at home keep pressing phone? He went further asking what do I always do with my phone, and I also replied him that I am doing trading, thus I am still practicing. What immediately came out from his mouth was " I do not like this type of business that it's fraud", that is the method people who are doing online scamming is using to defraud people, he outlined lot of things whereby I wasn't able to talk much but within me I knew what I was doing and since is not frauding anyone I didn't have to start bantering words with him.
This led me to raise this topic to know what comes into people's heart immediately you mentioned about cryptocurrency or Bitcoin trading? Was their reactions fair on you or you do hide yourself inside while involving yourself with any online business, including doing your post on forum?
Collective ideas are welcomed.
Generally speaking, in our society, the initial knowledge we had about guys that claimed to be traders were that of scammers and often times, they've actually used trading as a cover story for defrauding people. There are many who do not still believe that real traders exist that do not use it as a cover to defraud people.
I only started understanding that a person can be focused on trading without going into fraudulent activities just since I joined this forum. Since then I've done more work in letting people know that real traders exist.
Staying indoors to operate your device will actually raise questions same way because of what the society use to be which it still is. I suggest masking your identity the much you can.
This topic reminded me of the recent past trend in Anambra state when governor Soludo ordered the arrest of every suspected fraudulent person, their announcement read ;... "If you know anyone that's always indoors, but always spending money, report such person". This is the height of illiteracy and it was coming from a professor like Soludo. The society believes that whoever is indoors is a scammer and we must all be careful because no matter what you explain, I no follow don enter 20k oo.
