BiggerZ Official Statement - Race Scoring & Rewards

We would like to address the recent concerns regarding our tournament leaderboards and provide clarification on how our race system operates.
First and foremost, we categorically reject the allegations of fictitious players and unpaid rewards. All accounts concerned are genuine, and their rewards were paid.
We have reviewed the points raised and would like to clarify two aspects of our tournament configuration.

1. Daily Race vs Weekly Race

Our Daily and Weekly Races were originally designed as separate competitions, each with its own participation requirements.
Under this configuration, participating in a Daily Race did not automatically enroll a player in the Weekly Race. Consequently, a player appearing on the Daily leaderboard would not necessarily appear on the Weekly leaderboard, regardless of their wagering activity.
This was an intentional part of our original tournament setup, not an indication of missing players or irregular activity.
That being said, we recognize that automatically connecting Daily and Weekly participation would create a more intuitive and seamless experience.
We actually consider this a good suggestion, and our team is already working on improving this functionality.
Our objective is to make participation easier to understand while maintaining flexibility across our different tournaments.

2. Race Scoring Configuration

We also want to clarify the numerical discrepancies highlighted in some of our leaderboard results.
During our recent transition from a points-based scoring system to a wager-based scoring system, a legacy multiplier from the previous calculation remained active in the processing of certain scores.
This resulted in inflated displayed race scores. We acknowledge the configuration error and take full responsibility for it.

The issue was related to the transition between scoring methods and the values presented on the leaderboard.

Following the identification of this discrepancy, we recalculated the affected results against the original wagering records rather than relying on the previously displayed figures.
The recalculation confirmed that the final rankings and reward entitlements remained unchanged. All rewards due were paid to the corresponding players.

This distinction is important: the scoring display contained an error, but the accounts participating in the competitions were genuine, and the rewards were distributed.

We understand why the numerical patterns raised questions, and we acknowledge that the displayed figures should have accurately reflected the underlying calculation.
We are improving our validation procedures and the presentation of tournament results to prevent similar inconsistencies.

3. Our Commitment to Players

BiggerZ continuously develops its platform, including its tournament mechanics, reward systems, and overall player experience.
As we introduce new features and update existing systems, we remain responsible for identifying technical issues and addressing them transparently.

In this case, we have explained the two matters raised: the independent participation structure of our Daily and Weekly Races, and the scoring configuration error during our transition to wager-based rankings.
Neither issue changes the authenticity of the participating accounts or the fact that the rewards concerned were paid.

We appreciate constructive feedback from the community. It helps us identify opportunities to improve the platform, and we will continue refining our tournament experience accordingly.
Thank you to everyone participating in BiggerZ.

BiggerZ Team

Sorry but this is the biggest nonsense I have EVER heard.

Point one makes zero sense, player that wager daily and therefor are in the daily race don't participate in the weekly race? That doesn't make any sense you are definitely already lying here. You don't opt in to any race, you are automatically in both, so cut the crap.

Number 2 : Are you seriously sticking to this story and actually believe that anybody believes that? These numbers on the list were artificial, ended in 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 with the same wager gap between each top 10 position, and you wanna tell us this was because of "related to the transition between scoring" ?? Do you think we are dumb?

With this reply you only made it worse and I honestly consider a feedback because of this. What a horse shit you want to sell us here, that's actually insane!!

Edit: Funny how the top 2 wager accounts from the weekly seem to have a totally different calculation now::

Yesterday:

Today:

The conversion makes 0 sense, and of course both accounts are not in the daily race (because they claim it's not the same  Roll Eyes ) but apparently both didn't wager since yesterday. Yet the difference between both accounts went from round about 15% more wager for 1st place to now over 25% more wager. Great "calculation".

I also now supported the previous flag because I feel this site cannot be trusted.

What a stupid explanation, I feel like laughing at this. It seems to me-in fact, I’m certain—that Biggerz takes its users bitocintalk and campaign managers for complete idiots. Even a kindergartner wouldn’t fall for an explanation like this; it’s incredible how brazen the people at Biggerz are. It’s clear that the previous tournaments were heavily manipulated, and only the players ranked outside the top 50 were actually real.

I’m not claiming that Biggerz has stolen from anyone, but these tournaments cost them absolutely nothing, because the players in the top spots are, I have 100% certain that they aren't real

So the scores were inflated by a legacy multiplier but apparently the rankings and payouts were unaffected?

How convenient...

You admit the leader board displayed numbers that didn't reflect actual wagers, yet expect players to accept your claim that everything else was legitimate without any verifiable records.

Where are the original wagering records? Where is the before and after scoring data? Where is the evidence that all rewards were paid?

Nothing, just words.

You admit the numbers were wrong, now prove your explanation is correct.

Dude, this just can’t be explained. Biggerz is trying to save face, but come on—look at his explanation. It’s obvious he’s spent since yesterday figuring out how to get out of this situation with his reputation intact; they must have had a brainstorming session and come up with this whole story. I don’t even see how this is supposed to account for something like those ranking results—man, there’s just no explaining this.

I was just playing devil's advocate, if I was advising them or running their pr, my response would ave been, 1, nothing, 2, apologize, then blame it on ai gone rogue, or something along those lines, then give everyone complimentary free bets and it's soon forgotten. But the only thing these guys know how to do is lie, like the 6.75 btc case. The most annoying thing is they're so brazen about it.

Beside all the other dodgy things already mentioned here, anyone else noticed the pattern when it comes to the names on the leaderboard as well? They all look very similar to me, as if they were made by the same person: SilverSaber, ArcticRaven, OrbitFox, RubyRiver, RubyComet etc lol.

You could have put more effort when making shit up so its not so obvious. Tongue

I cant really understand it, how can it be separated race while there is no "JOIN" or "OPT-IN" option on your daily and weekly race, so how do you separate which players to be eligible for daily and which players to be eligible for the weekly?
Do you use a random system for it or you do it manually as you wish without any permission or agreement with the players?
Sorry to say but it strange or it is unfair practice if you are the one who select players to be in daily and select the others to be in the weekly.
It is normal to make an excuse but at least make sure they actually make sense.

I just woke up and read the dodgy explanation from the casino. I must say it looks like a bs post and they tried to rush a response. I will re read the response when I finish with my appointments in a couple hours but for now I would warn everyone to be careful playing here.

This is one of the worst use of AI since the "answer" clearly doesn't explain nothing. As mentioned, it's not the first time that a site show fake traffic.
This site has also a dozen of problems.
Fake traffic, fake trustpilot review, jackpot/wins not awarded, never provide a logic explanations including 3rd party that refuse their claims...
What is the arbitrary number of issues to "warn" other users?
Why this users/sites are allowed to be treated like a reputable sites? Scoras, frogbet, luckyanon, plump...

All of these casinos are showing fake transactions/fake volume /fake traffic in all the way possible and even these explanations sounds more like a spam email that wants to send me some billions of euro.

In the past all of these websites was just red tagged. How can you present all of this shit in the forum and think "it was a mistake" or believe to such explanations?
At this point it's evident that there is no interest to keep away scams and nonsense from bitcoin talk. Many "legendary" for sake of few dollars are ready to see someone scammed.

https://www.biggerz.com/casino/tournaments?tournament=825662

Another BiggerZ tournament, and once again their leaderboard looks completely absurd.

It seems they have changed the way these rankings are generated after the previous tables were criticized. Earlier, there were very obvious mathematical patterns, strangely similar differences between positions and other numerical details that made the whole thing look ridiculously artificial. This time the numbers are more irregular and those obvious patterns are less visible.

But the main problem has not changed at all.

BiggerZ still wants us to believe that this relatively small casino somehow has around 50 massive high rollers every single day, generating six-figure wagering volumes.

In this tournament, the first-place player supposedly generated around $671,000 in wagering in just 24 hours. Even around 40th–50th place, players are supposedly generating well over $100,000.

And then, almost magically, the huge high-roller population suddenly ends.

The 50th player has around $126,786 wagered, while the 51st has only around $27,110.

After that it quickly drops to around $22k, $11k, a few thousand dollars and eventually only hundreds.

So once again BiggerZ apparently has this magical group of approximately 50 enormous high rollers, and immediately after them the wagering volume suddenly collapses to levels that actually look believable for a small casino.

It looks absolutely comical.

The combined wagering volume of the top 50 players alone is around $13.8 million in 24 hours.

Think about what that actually means.

The leader with approximately $671,000 wagered, if playing slots continuously for 24 hours, would need:

- at $10 per spin: around 67,100 spins, almost 47 spins every minute for 24 hours straight;
- at $50 per spin: around 13,420 spins, about 9.3 spins per minute for the entire 24 hours;
- at $100 per spin: around 6,710 spins, about 4.7 spins per minute for 24 hours without stopping.

If he actually played for something more realistic like 8 hours, it becomes even more ridiculous:

- roughly 140 spins per minute at $10,
- around 28 spins per minute at $50,
- around 14 spins per minute at $100.

And supposedly this is not one exceptional whale. BiggerZ wants us to believe there are dozens of players producing this kind of volume at the same time.

Some of these supposed players are wagering $150,000–$250,000 in a single day while competing for tournament prizes of $20.

Previously, the fake-looking nature of these rankings was exposed by obvious mathematical patterns. Now they seem to have removed some of those details and made the numbers look more random, but they still cannot hide the biggest absurdity:

an artificially inflated group of roughly 50 supposed high rollers, followed by a dramatic collapse in wagering volume immediately after 50th place.

For a casino of BiggerZ's size, claiming nearly $14 million of wagering in 24 hours from just the top 50 players is already absurd enough.

Changing the numerical patterns does not make the leaderboard believable. It just makes it look like the people generating it realized what was being noticed last time and tried to make the next version slightly less obvious.

The result is still the same: another ridiculous BiggerZ tournament leaderboard and another embarrassment for the people behind it.

Casino is tagged for now, their official statement was completely absurd, and they feel like we are stupid IMO. If they can prove their statement publicly, I will remove the feedback but at this point it looks like they are basically scamming their users with their leaderboard and faked results.

The tournament is not available now.

Anyway, I suggested that the team first address any existing system issues, thoroughly test everything, and only then proceed with the usual race.

It is quite obvious to me that a particular group of users (cruso, keyscore44, aleks86, and rokuen) have been consistently trying to bring the team down, for whatever reasons they may have. I don't consider bitbollo part of that group, as we already know the nature of his concerns. Given the repeated pattern, I find it difficult to believe that all the criticism coming from that group is in good faith.

That said, I don't believe every reported issue should be dismissed simply because of who raised it.

Your findings in the OP were backed by actual numbers, and I recognized them as genuine when I reviewed them. The team has already acknowledged the scoring error and taken full responsibility for it. Furthermore, judging by panjul07's post, there appear to be other system-related issues as well. Therefore, I cannot rule out the possibility that some of these problems are genuine technical errors.

I appreciate that the team has come forward with an explanation, acknowledged its mistake, and expressed its willingness to improve the system. That is certainly a positive step. However, I still believe it would be better to resolve any outstanding issues and thoroughly test the system before launching the next regular race.

Mistakes can happen, especially when a platform is introducing changes to its existing systems. What matters most is how the team responds to them. BiggerZ has taken a positive first step by accepting responsibility, and I hope the next step will be to demonstrate that the issues have been properly resolved. Ultimately, a fair, transparent, and smoothly functioning race is what everyone should be looking forward to.

I agree that teams/casinos can make mistakes and it's always good to acknowledge they made mistakes and take responsibility for their error. I don't think dismissing a claim just because of who raised it is the right way either as you stated.

I am going to make my tag neutral for now and see how the website/team handles the situation moving forward. I am not above removing the tag completely if they are operating fair. I do not feel they are at this point honestly. I will give them a chance though, but I would suggest they be advised eyes are on them.

I hate tagging businesses, but I hate scammers more. I hope this team does not make me regret the decision to change the tag.

We are improving our validation procedures and the presentation of tournament results to prevent similar inconsistencies.
you know, that's not how math works. if you had a legacy multiplier from the previous calculation that remained active, for example 10x, the current wagers would only be 10x higher, they would still look normal, not wagers that look generated based on a poor random formula.
whatever you are smoking to come up with this nonsense explanation, it's fucking expired.

another thing from the leaderboard in the OP, besides the wagering volumes, is the usernames of those 50 high rollers. they all look randomly generated from a word list.
i mean, there is no way in hell that 50 random high rollers from all over the world would pick a 2 words username with zero personality:

"MysticHazel" "PixelNomad" "BraveKiwi" "GoldenGecko" "RustyMeteor" "HoneyRacer" "CoralRocket" "AzureRabbit" "VioletCipher" "IndigoHawk" and the list goes on... at first i assumed usernames were generated randomly on signup, but that's not the case, since users can pick their own username.

how would you explaint that?

Royse, I think your position here is far too generous toward BiggerZ.

The evidence presented in this thread points very clearly to manipulation of the leaderboard, while BiggerZ has not provided a single piece of verifiable evidence or a convincing explanation that actually addresses what was shown.

Simply blaming some vague “technical issue” explains nothing.

How exactly is a technical error supposed to create the specific mathematical relationships between positions, the structured shape of the leaderboard, and the repeated pattern of roughly 50 supposed high rollers followed by a dramatic collapse in wagering volume?

You mention “technical errors”, but as far as I can see, you do not know what this alleged technical issue actually was, and BiggerZ has not shown any evidence proving it either.

So at this point, “technical problem” is not an explanation. It is just an unsupported excuse.

If BiggerZ wants anyone to take that explanation seriously, they should provide something concrete:

what exactly malfunctioned,

how that malfunction produced those specific figures and patterns,

what the correct leaderboard should have looked like,

and verifiable source data showing that the current rankings reflect real player wagering.

Until then, the situation is very simple: the evidence showing manipulation is public, while BiggerZ has answered it only with vague statements.

I also find your comments about certain users supposedly “trying to bring the team down” very strange. Why would people have any reason to attack a casino that operates honestly and gives them no reason to do so?

The motives of the critics are irrelevant here. The numbers are either real or they are not.

And to be fair, your position is somewhat understandable considering that you are the campaign manager for BiggerZ on this forum. But that is also exactly why your response does not look particularly impartial.

You are giving credibility to an unproven “technical error” explanation while questioning the motives of users who actually presented the evidence.

That is backwards.

BiggerZ was caught with a leaderboard showing highly suspicious and mathematically structured patterns. That part has been demonstrated. If they want to dispute it, the burden is now on them to produce evidence.

Not excuses. Not vague references to technical problems. Actual evidence.

You are correct, and that's something I have to acknowledge. Usually, I don't spend much time on the Scam Accusations board unless a campaign I'm managing becomes the subject of an accusation.

However, when an accusation is backed by sufficient evidence, I don't hesitate to take appropriate action, even if that means leaving negative feedback or supporting a flag against a project I've worked with. As far as I can remember, the most recent example was Lizex, where I left a red tag and supported a Type 3 flag.

I hate tagging businesses, but I hate scammers more. I hope this team does not make me regret the decision to change the tag.
For the record, I saw your post just as I had finished writing my earlier response and clicked the Post button. After posting, I checked their feedback page, read your red tag, and shared it with the team as well. I also noticed AHOYBRAUSE's feedback.

I think once the Casino Guru case is reopened and reassessed, and a conclusive decision is reached, we will have a better understanding of the situation.

Nobody likes scammers, and I certainly don't want to see anyone getting scammed. However, as a campaign manager, or even as an ordinary forum member with a sense of responsibility, I believe I should take my time to carefully evaluate the available evidence before reaching conclusions. I need to be mindful that a premature or incorrect judgment on my part could potentially cause financial harm to others.

That doesn't mean ignoring warning signs or giving anyone a free pass. It simply means making sure my decisions are fair, and well-informed. After all, my responsibility is not only to protect people from potential scammers but also to avoid unfairly harming legitimate businesses.

Man, I have no idea where you got the idea that this major Casino.Guru complaint is going to be reopened.

That is simply never going to happen.

BiggerZ never said that they were going to speak with Casino.Guru again about this case or that the complaint would be reopened.

They simply presented their evidence, and Casino.Guru considered that evidence insufficient.

That is all that happened. There is no reason to suggest that the complaint will somehow be reopened, because BiggerZ never said anything like that.

how would you explaint that?

Exactly , this is clear and obvious evidence that these usernames are artificially generated by the casino. They do not look like real player accounts, because they are all created in practically the same style , no special characters, no numbers, and very similar naming patterns.

The first 50 accounts follow an extremely similar naming style. Most of them are short, clean, two-word-style names such as GraniteLuck, NeonFalconX, CopperCrown, QuietThunder, MarbleMonarch, ObsidianFox, RubyRiver, SilverSaber, TitanToss and similar combinations.

They have almost the same visual structure: usually two simple English words joined together, very similar length, almost no random numbers, no unusual character combinations, no messy spelling, no underscores, and practically none of the irregularity you normally see in real player usernames.

Then, immediately outside the top 50, the naming pattern changes.

The usernames become much more diverse: different lengths, numbers appear, the structure is less uniform, and they start looking like normal user-created accounts rather than names coming from the same naming template.

So the strange part is not just the wagering volume. It is the combination of several things at once:

the same artificial-looking naming style across the entire top 50, the same approximate cut-off point, the huge wagering figures, and then a sudden switch to much more normal-looking usernames immediately below them.

Taken together, this makes the top 50 look less like a random group of real players and much more like a separately generated block of accounts.
