What makes Someone a professional gambler?

[danherbias07]

I do not believe there is such a thing as a professional gambler. There are those who are good at what they do because of experience, especially in poker. The game rules are very simple, but the way players behave is the challenge of that game. They can bluff or tell the truth but all that matters is the decision of the player.

I consider poker players who have won lots of tournaments good at what they do. But I don't believe in them being professionals because the game is literally simple. It's the mind reading and the guessing that are the hard part.

Go and agree or disagree with this topic Regular gambler vs Professional Gambler, read the comments there from the first to the last page, compare it to this your topic and you won't see much different from the response. I urge you to lock this thread mate, reading the comments of few person, I already see similar opinions. When you say a professional gambler, one thing is expected of the person called a professional and that's success, but out of 100% of gamblers, there is a very low percentage of winners that really became successful through gambling, while more than 90% are losing money everyday and are unsuccessful, so what's professional about gambling? Nothing.

Gamble, have fun, win, lose, move one. Come back when you have money, repeat the process again.
