Bonuses are universal, in my opinion. They are different grade of bonuses, some are used to appeal to newcomers to the casino, while others are designed and exclusively offered to people who have some VIP degree within the casino, in order to keep them loyal and engaged with games, that is true.
Though, I personally don't know what the difference is between public bonuses and bonuses which are only offered to VIP gamblers, because I have never benefited from exclusive bonuses, I have only tried welcome bonuses and also some occasional deposit bonuses.

I'm going for the 5% cashback that I can withdraw right away. I'm not really the type of person who's that greedy, so realistically for me, it's better not to spend more time and money just chasing such a high bonus and instead choose to get cashback even if the amount is smaller. But I'm sure there are people who will go for the 200% bonus with 40x wagering. Even though that will take up more of their time and money, it won't be a problem for them since they already imagine that they can get more bonuses from the amount they wagered.
