Scammer: Whale.io (Whale Operations Ltd, Anjouan licence ALSI-202503012-FI1)
Official thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5488858.0Amount: 3,348.05 USDT (500 USDT deposit + 2,848.05 USDT net winnings; 905 USDT was a pending withdrawal)
Date: 22 October 2026
Complaint reference: 150618818
Description:
My fully verified account was permanently closed and my entire balance was confiscated, including my own 500 USDT deposit. The reason given was “betting syndicate” (T&C 15.1(iii), 15.1(viii), 2.1.3, 2.1.4, 7.

, supposedly because my bets matched bets on other accounts and my account shared “connection characteristics” with another account.
No evidence was ever shown. I placed six sportsbook bets manually, on my own account, with my own funds. The overlap is explained by publicly available odds-comparison services, which show the same lines to many unrelated bettors at once, and by a commercial VPN with shared IPs. Neither is prohibited by Whale’s Terms. Whale accepted the bets at its own odds and only reviewed the account after they won.
Support confirmed in writing that:
the deposit is confiscated as well;
Whale.io has no independent dispute resolution (ADR);
its decision is final.
Whale also did not respond to my AskGamblers complaint, which was closed as unresolved on 31 October 2026. The case is escalated to Anjouan Gaming and Bookmakers Review. My post in the official thread (#3235) got no reply from Whale.
