@nicehashsupport.

seems you have some issues.  Not sure if this was planned or what the deal is..  Web front end is down as well as the Stratums.. Just wanted to let you know as well as others if they are pointed here

edit seems the stratums are intermittent

Edit2. back to good .. Thanks Smiley

BR
Doug

Still going on sometimes. My miners are losing connection to nicehash and my averages are all screwed up because of this.
Also some of my rigs show as very high reject rates on nicehash, yet show no rejects on the minerside and is mining at full speed. Seems like it's accepting shares, yet not counting as my hash rate and thus not paying for them.

Go Big or Go Home.

Buyer registration button not working in Firefox or Chrome yo ...

I keep double clicking the mouse yet get no satisfaction ... just kind of leaves me with this empty, dirty feeling

EDIT: Sorted myself out. Seems I had to accept Merkel's cookie warning.

Again someone explain the point for fixed orders if they can be auto canceled?

Seems to me they are just over priced standards orders 😡

Fixed type orders which are inactive/dead for more then 10% of running time are automatically cancelled (of course funds are returned to your account).

So whats the point of fixed orders then,  vs standard orders..?

The site is stealing mining rewards. They confirmed the payment first but after long follow up they made it demo account. I have uploaded the screenshot of their changed response. Check out their reply  http://3.1m.yt/o2JpwWf.jpg

Let me CORRECT you here.
Your software doesn't ask for any bitcoin address. This is your software and you must be aware.

Software for mining: Windows_x64_nheqminer-5c (https://github.com/nicehash/nheqminer/releases)
Download, extract and run. That's how it works. (tell me if I am wrong)
Released: Jan 12 2017

If it was demo account then your guys confirmed 2 times as the payment is done. Below is the screenshot.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/eqz300m59k93xme/Email%20Conversation.jpg?dl=0

Software screnshot, tell me where it says DEMO?
https://www.dropbox.com/s/nc3rpq350a0zirz/Miner.jpg?dl=0

Here is mining link which shows 48USD in this week. if this is DEMO and then how you can justify this?
https://www.nicehash.com/?p=miners&addr=34HKWdzLxWBduUfJE9JxaFhoXnfC6gmePG

Let me make it clear for other people.

I was using this software.
It was mining on real account.
Once the payment time came, I couldn't find any payout button so I contacted to nicehash.
Nicehash first start saying that use other software.
Then they start saying payment is already transferred.
when I sent more information as there software doesn't ask any bitcoin address.
If I havn't added any wallet address, then where the money goes? It's mean the money is in the system.
Then they start calling it DEMO account as they are not ready to pay.

I have uploaded all screenshot of emails and software on dropbx which you can find here..

The Question is, when your software did not ask any address then where the payment goes? When nicehash can not provide answer they start calling it DEMO.

If nicehash is TRUE
Prove it a demo account?
or
Share a software help link where it point how to add wallet.

Remember we are talking about "Windows_x64_nheqminer-5c".

All files in dropbox.

We do not recommend using nheqminer. It is not maintaned anymore, it is slow and it is unfriendly for newbies.

If you are new to mining, just use NiceHash Miner. There is no reason to use anything else if you want to mine at NiceHash.

If you use any other mining software then it is YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY to configure it correctly. You cannot blaim anyone else. After all, we are talking about free software that you do not pay for, it gives no promises and authors can not be held responsible for any damage etc etc, just read GPL/MIT license, there is much more written in.

You don't recommend but you published it. It is still on Github.

I am not newbie and you can't just defend yourself for calling someone newbie. (You never know when I started it)

You can't clarify your support answer "paid" and then start calling it DEMO.

You can't provide any help link where it shows where to place the wallet address.

You are saying I was using your software and when it comes to payment it becomes "other software".

After all we are talking about "FREE" software so if we mining pool eat up our efforts then we should remain SILENT because it is free. FYI most of the mining softwares are free if you need list I can provide you.

You are unable to answer questions and start saying someone "NEWBIE" and "FREE" Software and "LICENSE".

Let's get back to the point.

Where is the reward? This week is again 48USD - Proof provided.
Where is the help link which shows to place wallet address?
If there is no wallet address then where is the bitcoins?
When your support verified the amount is PAID then SUDDENLY it became DEMO and now "FREE", "NEWBIE" and "READ GPL".
You are justifying yourself with "FREE' software and "GPL" only?

The payment went to some address, it's mean
Software is not damaged.
Software doing it's job.
I know how to do it.
It is not DEMO.
Licence has nothing to do.

But

The mining reward is being STOLEN.

Perfect, Finally you ACCEPTED it is not demo account. (WOW)

From the start I am saying your software doesn't ask for wallet address, I ASKED you to provide me help link twice where it shows, which you FAILED.

YOUR software doesn't ask for wallet address and you MUST BE AWARE of it. WE are talking about Windows_x64_nheqminer-5c which you published on 12 Jan this year (https://github.com/nicehash/nheqminer/releases)

Now You said I did not place wallet address, it does mean the reward is in the pool.... it's mean reward is with YOU.

I have provided you proof for everything, even a live link...

Your pool is STEALING my reward and you are asking me to use your new software and something goes wrong again.... you will say... After all were are talking about FREE software.

Every company has a reputation which make them respectable beside the size of it. When you STEAL your miners reward and ask them to use new software.... then I am not newbie but you are newbie to support.

You guys need to provide my reward first before you advice to use new software.

This forum is free but right after my first post to you, I received moderator email to make sure I am not a spam. That's called reputation. The forum is FREE and have T&C (same like your GPL), but they want to keep their reputation.

Hi, there is a problem with sgminer/5.5.1-b on Baikal a900, pool switching is not working, after auto or manual switch miner doesnt produce accepted shares, need to restart, all the newer version miners affected! Is there a solution for this? For example x11 hashes good on port 3336, after switching to 3344 qubit, miner still hashes, but not accepted share thus no work appear.

Found out about this software a few months ago... got me back into mining. Started out with just my Geforce 1080 in the home office, verified that they DO pay out, then dived back in!

Wish I had know about it in 2015 when I was selling all my old 7950 cards -- but I guess it worked out since I got 23 new RX480s =)

Anyone else has his profitability dropping the past 24 hours?

I dropped from ~3 EUR/Day/Card to 1.77 EUR/Day/Card and I am trying to figure what is going on.

I will say this... it's the simplest mining has ever been for me too. I love the software =)

Bitcoin has gone up over $1200 again today and Eth, ZEC, XMR etc have all dropped abit. The market is ever rising and falling so don't be too worried just yet. Smiley

I'm constantly mining nist5 using ccminer tpruvot on nicehash @ 118MH/s but my average on the website is always much lower (around 90 most of the time with no rejects). I know that the current speed it's not accurate but I tested it over a couple of days and it's a constant problem. What' could be the reason?
thanks

What do you guys think about this

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1859108.msg18490571#msg18490571

Say you have the same machine but you have better timing (i.e. you buy nicehash hash at the right time). Pool should reward you more right?

It seems that most pool don't.

Is there such pool that reward more share weight to those with better timing?
