I'm doing something wrong. I'm no where near many peoples amount, although I'm doing pretty well to have only invested my time & no fiat money.

Some of you are close to millionaires.

No-one but Satoshi will ever be a millionaire in Bitcoins Wink

Not necessarily. There are plenty of people wealthy enough in fiat that they could become bitcoin millionaires. And if they did it over a long enough period it probably wouldn't even push the price up.

Extremely unlikely this is even possible.

For those who don't follow the speculation forum, I have become somewhat famous for posting vague hints prior to making large market purchases on behalf of clients.

I will have to watch for your posts then.  Smiley  Thanks for helping BTC grow though.  Any large market purchases in the works?  What does the climate feel like to you right now?  I keep thinking that with all of the amazing press out there the price should be rising more than it is.  I guess people have become less emotional and are in a  "wait and see" mood right now.

I'd like to assure everyone that I am not the Winklevii. I did have the pleasure of meeting them recently at the conference though. I'm just another not-that-rich guy that invested in Bitcoin at the right time and have somewhat become a broker among some personal and professional contacts who have expressed interest in the coin. Less so now than before the $266 run-up, although there is still some interest. For those who don't follow the speculation forum, I have become somewhat famous for posting vague hints prior to making large market purchases on behalf of clients.

Whatever you say, Trendon...

Bendur appears to be confused about the difference between a bitcoin millionaire - and a millionaire in bitcoins.

One takes about 8,000 BTC at the current exchange rate.  The other requires one million BTC.

Or 65, depending on which currency you look at.

* scratches head *  The Yen is at 12,900 - so 77.5.  That's the closest.  Or am I missing out on a currency?

Wow.  I still have some of those laying around somewhere from when I lived in Alcala back in the 70s.  Sometimes I don't know why the hell I left Spain.  I loved that place.

Your point, though, is kind of picky.  We all know which currency is the default when discussing these things...  Cheesy
