Cheesy. All jokes aside, I do like and love her. Much more so than money I'm afraid.  Doesn't mean she won't get the evil eye from me, for the rest of our lives, if I miss the boat.  Lol.

You can divorce her when your relationship turns into a bitter, hollow husk due to all the missed opportunities.

Great laughs!  You guys are too funny.   Wink.

You know, if everyone believed in Bitcoin, it would already be the worlds #1 currency.  While I certainly welcome that outcome as a new believer in what Crypto represents, on the flip side, there wouldn't be the huge opportunities for us few (compared to world population) that currently exist.  Blessing and a curse I suppose.

While I might not reap the monetary rewards many of you will, gratification for helping Bitcoin destroy fiat, means I have at least played my part for future generations being free from the corruption of centralized currencies.  No you can't by a Ferrari with it, but I personally feel that as in invaluable reward and contribution to humanity.  And I could live with that.

If your ignore button isn't glowing, you're doing it wrong.

Bitcoin may not matter much soon but I like to cover all bases.  The whole world goes Iceland on the central banks debt is reset, etc

I decided that mathematically I'd stand a better chance that one of the other crypto-currencies would jump up at a higher percentage then BTC.   BTC might have some big spikes again but I am gambling that some of the others will see a spike in value.  So, I divested of BTC (didn't own much anyway) and bought up large quantities of others that I studied.  So far, so good.  It's just a game to me.

What's sad is I knew about bitcoins way back in 2010 when a friend introduced me to mining. Wish I'd paid more attention  Undecided

Please DO NOT send me private messages asking for help setting up GPU miners. I will not respond!!!

I remember reading about them in 2009, around the time I met my current girlfriend. Thought it was just some crazy idea spewed out by the internet.

Come December 2012 and I have only just paid real attention to bitcoins. I am now an Avalon customer (batch #2). I have enlightened the misses in recent months (to bitcoin) and we feel your pain equally... I have had a top-end PC since, like, forever! Shame I've been busy with University for the past 3 years.  Cry

I also though this, however I made a roughly 30% in alts and 70% in BTC to hedge my bets, I though alts could go higher more quickly and trade back.....I wish I had done this more....buy hey.

They only problem is after evaluation, you sort of don't make so much as Alts generally go down and btc go up and the other way, so you stay at hedged amount not wanting to sell out of either.

You have no excuse. I keep so many backups of my wallet.dat file that I forget where I put them all. I stumble across them every now and then. They tell me "HI" and that they love me for caring so much about them. I have email accounts on gmail and yahoo. Their sole purpose is to store a copy of my wallet.dat file. Google drive has a copy, several old 256 meg flash drives, my andriod.

As long as no one freaks out, screen shot attached. I blurred out relevant areas. This is also why I had issues with the all the Nenolod claims in the other topics.

FML... I have about 0.3 after two weeks of mining. Missed the bus by 'that much', as agent Smart would say.

if by some chance someone has made your day better, feel free to pass it forward:
