Today it's a nice surprise that I ordered arrived miner HEX4M from TECHNOBIT.
But my joy vanished when I opened the box. I smelled the smell of burning hardware.
The device was stained with greasy dust ...
Sorry , about this. Please order ref I think I'll be able to send replacement today |

The second order is to be shipped tomorrow or Wednesday

My parcel arrived!
I carefully opened it and..... I dont smelled everything.
At first sight, everything looks good.
Not burned parts, a fan has not survived the journey.
This is not a problem.
Ok , a bit dusty throughout and also a slight greasy dust (the same as for Unblock64),
but that's perfectly fine for a used device.
Functional test follows later , the miner is very cold.
Thats the weather ! It is winter!

Report of the mining front: The Miner has arrived safely , I've already reported that. My PSU is an Thermaltake Berlin 630W ( 540 Watt on 12 V-Coil). That is sufficient. Massive errors on the chips 2 and 3 are also not explained to me. I am really disappointed. |

Best is to give me Teamviewer access
you can try 930/800
or 1016/820 or 840 option
also please check if coolers are bed with the chip 2 of your chips are making HW most probably overheating.
Also change chip reset timing

Without your pool user and pass ..
I dont use a startup line, i use a conf-file. The settings are: expiry : 120 hotplug : 5 log : 5 no-pool-disable : true queue : 1 scan-time : 60 hexminerm-pic-roll : 90 hexminerm-hw-err-res : 5 hexminerm-nounce-timeout-secs : 5 hexminerm-chip-mask : 15 hexminerm-voltage : 790 hexminerm-options : 4:968 Martin has called me in the meantime. I will try it with his config-parameters now. |

Hi Martin, I have acted in accordance to your instructions. Coolers dismantled, plates rebent , new thermal grease. Result: using parameters 930/800 gives 330-350 Ghash. Im happy now. I wish you, your team and all forum users a relexing and stress-free weekend. .. Super and get a tplink I use Cisco here, i dont think i will sell my Cisco's for tplink. Sorry, no way!  |
