Hi. I'm not saying he's a scammer yet but the red flags are these: EDIT: He's a scammer.

I paid him on Jan 1. He avoids the point in my PM, hasn't answered my PMs since Jan 3, although he access bitcointalk almos every 3 hours.

He avoided to take a picture of the item, saying he was out of town.

His email is eriicc99@yahoo.com, matches scammer in forum, that scammed a WoW account.

in eBay, there's other Quartz92(his ebay account is other name, but has rep anyway (klassic9955), selling skate shoes), so it looks like impersonation.

He asked a 1000$ loan in bitcoins, having 70 posts in this forum

Please AVOID TRANSACTIONS WITH HIM until we are clear he's a good man. He sold to me an 80$ PSU, some guy 140$ in GPUs and an iPad to another.

That guy motivated me to make a bitcoin-otc account.

If I don't get an answer by Jan 5 from him, I will try to add him to the scammer list.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

He also ran with 39 BTC from me, selling his iPad 5 days ago... He said he would send it early monday. Unless I receive the iPad (which I doublt since he didn't reply), it's very probably a scammer.

I'm shocked that nobody has brought legal action against Eric Jeffrey Tang, yet...

You should at least require whitelist/special ID verify for the people registering/connecting from those IPs.

And get that guy on the scammer list ASAP.

The IPs are now all banned from registration, of course.

Not the smartest idea to block the entire University of Washington's student body from registering... Ideally, someone can pursue legal action against this guy so that the block can be removed ASAP.

No one else has used the range that was banned. It's unlikely that anyone else will be banned.

Well, I won't pursue legal action against him because I don't live in the US, nor have citizenship there, and, well, won't pay a lawyer for 80$ that he scammed me.

On the other hand, if I can file an online complain I will do it. I'm uploading the PMs he sent me ASAP.

I forgot to save some of my outgoing messages from me. Anyway it's clear I sent him 39 BTC from the messages I have. I don't know what to do with them, though. I also live outside US (I'm from Spain).
