For your question, I would say, is more suitable for you to open a rental service, to provide users with space and power, you can earn more money by this way.

Yep.  If you're way over reasonable use-- let us know how long it took for you to be thrown out...

I see the value of Bitcoin, so I don't worry about the price...

I don't pay the electricity bill either. Flat monthly rate to rent a room and they are even letting me use the basement for the rig. Haven't had any issues with 2 S1's and I just ordered 2 more. I detect a slight tinge of jealously among the bill payers here.

It probably also helps that I got my roommates interested and will be helping them get started with their first Bitcoin wallet/funds.
