I am researching on a new peer to peer mobile payment system. So peer to peer network is out of my scope of the research. I have to use an existing source code of peer to peer system. So any idea where i can take a source code for a peer to peer network system. Highly appreciate if someone can help me on this.

Hi,

I would like to implement my payment protocol on top of bitcoin peer to peer network. But i am not sure whether i am able to do that. I am not fluent in programming. Could u explain me how to reuse this source code for implementing my project? Is that source code tightly coupled with other rest of things in the bitcoin?
