You would need to activate and start the install from a VPN in RU. So I'll ask the more important question again, Are you offering VPN to activate these keys? |

it indeed does. I will provide the patch. You don't actually need to patch the exe. with a simple workaround explained on my site you can do it without modding the actual exe. |
