I use your service everyday and I have transferred  more than 10,000 BTC this month alone. Why the fuck am I getting this message now from you? I need to access my funds ASAP and sent an email to info@mtgox.com and got a reply saying you do not work on weekends anymore. I can not wait until Monday for you to solve this issue for me. Did you GOXED me again?

Maria.

Maybe you got hacked and the hacker changed password to lock you out.

Anyone who needs immediate access to their funds shouldn't be using MtGox in the first place.

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

#mtgox Cannot join channel (+r) - you need to be identified with services

I tried the IRC channel but it will not let me log in. Thanks for the suggestion.

MagicalTux, I know you navigate the forums so please help me with this problem.

There are a ton of threads here every week about people being locked out of their MtGox accounts due to AML issues, suspected fraud, and accounts having been phished.  It's kind of ridiculous at this point not to assume this could happen to you, operate accordingly and limit your MtGox exposure so that delays in being able to access your MtGox funds aren't going to cause you any real life problems.

These issues are well known and have been well publicised in these forums (along with regular issues regarding certain withdrawal methods) yet people continue to ignore the well known risk of their funds not being immediately accessible.

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.
