I would much rather use cgminer, the setgenerate function doesnt seem to pick up my tiny little usb asic

Also how do i know if the set generate function is actually doing anything?

What are the instructions for using cgminer?

Use port number 9932 instead of 8332

And look for word Bitcoin and replace with word SpeedCoin and follow the guide

Yes, 1 million pre-mined for reasons as stated. Currently the network is extremely active so I have no doubt that there are people interested in mining this crypto-currency.
However, I do accept that there will be those who will mine and sell as soon as possible, that does not matter to me as whoever holds the coins gain interest.

I did everything the tutorial said, Cgminer started up fine but it doesnt show my hashrate it just said waiting for alive pool, didnt connect to my asic using this method
