This posts was really years ago, and for today's update I highly believe that Facebook already accepts Bitcoin since the advertisements were really good at this point which is very effective marketing strategy actually since most of the people nowadays were aware in what Facebook was having a profit in Bitcoin for also advertising some of its campaigns.

I have reading facebook statement saying facebook does not support ads about crypto currency and ICO. Until now i dont know when it will be happen but some ICO pages has been removed from facebook.

I do not think that facebook will accept bitcoins because mark zucker berg today wants cryptocurrency advertisement to be removed on their social media because of some fraud ico's that are not continuing their platform.
