Project development fund - Please HELP

I'm currently finalizing a feasibility for a construction project in South Africa(mid market) for 90 houses. There is a huge market for this type of project, and the estate agent is adamant that sales will not be a problem.

To put this is perspective, we only need BTC700 at $9500/btc.

The total project profitability is >25% over a max of 18 months.

Surely somewhere is the crypto space there is solution to finance this.

What would you recommend?
