So where is the official thread for this pool?  And yes I've used the search box but it was no help.  

I'm having some issues with my SHA workers reporting low hashrate and need some support.

I'd rather avoid some other backwater forum, twitter or IRC if at all possible.  It sure would be nice if they started a thread here.
