I'm offering custom VPS packages ran off Windows Azure. Windows or Linux. Prefer to make 6 month or 12 months deals. Shoot the specs and a reasonable price and we'll negotiate.

Just a warning: 6 month or 12 months deals is quite a long time for a deal not provided through a registered company with stability and proof of steady income/profit.

To Op: What are the specs of the machine providing the VPS. Location of the primary server? Information of the primary server? How will they access their VPS?

100% uptime should be the red flag to move on

Just out of interest what is your backup plan for 100% uptime if a Solar Flare hits the earth next week?
