The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

One thing I missed, where does the talkcoin I spend to send a message go?  Devs wallet?  Bounty fund?  Destroyed?

An address is necessary to send data in the blockchain. It's symbolic, the amount can be changed later based on a lower price. For now, all bounties cannot even be paid. There is really no premine/instamine involved.

So the amount is sent to a bounty wallet for further developement. It is fine it just needed to be cleared up.

It is actually a pretty sweet way to fund development.  The more use TAC gets, the more coins it has to pay out bounties.  The more bounties it can pay out, the more features it gets.  More features increases use further.......ya see where I am going.  It is like a self sustaining development fund.

Just keep a clear ledger on every coin that is moved out of that address.  Don't give FUDsters any ammo.

I agree way better than any premine. I must say this is a nicely thought coin.

Talkcoin uses a new algo, so it's not easy to install a pool.

A bounty of 3000 TAC will be offered to the first person setting up a working pool.

Highlight this at OP, Dev

I've had a look into this and just wanted to mention that rpcmining.cpp as well as rpctransaction.cpp is bad/broken. The whole voting part is missing there, a block cannot be submitted this way with stratum. (gives 500 Internal Server Error or/and probably Unhandled Error)

I've got very little time atm and cannot fix it for you, after you have fixed it, come back to me, i've got everything ready for a pool.

Compare your source with heavycoin to understand what i mean.

There are probably lot more fixes needed, just a quick look over things.

There is no link with heavycoin, the source code for voting is completely different and unique. The problem is somewhere else.

Well, then there is still something missing, as your code is not accepting my block with the right algo:
