Btc-e Is not Replying for my ticket. What now?

Hello

i am the user of btc-e recently i got my gmail hacked and i have 700$ in my btc-e account i cant get them out because i cant login to my gmail and they sent confirmation email there as i tried all the ways to recover my gmail  but i didnt get it and then i contact btc-e support and they are like not replying i made about 20 tickets but they deleted my tickets and not replying is it really hard for them to change an account ??

Btc-e not scam. You should patient and contact with them. They reply very slow.

Thanks for the reply i had waited about 20 days thats why i posted here if anyone having the same issue with them?? or they solved it i also provided them all the information that i am the real owner of the account
