I have a new bitmain s1 antminer s1  Hash rate is low 105 gh/s. I was told the problem could be a weak PSU. I connected 2 power supplies (one to each blade) and the hash rate stayed the same. Is there anyway to check the second blade with out switching it over ?

How many watts are you feeding your S1? You should have at minimum a 400 watt psu (or 2-200 watt psu's). S1's require 2 watts/GH, which would be 360 watts minimum if not oc'd.
