Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Yes, I'd imagine it is someone trying to buy a lot without moving the market.

I like it... the squeeze is easing for me.  I correctly shorted at 7.15, but then I panicked and swung long again around 7.  I've lowered my base price, and am now very close my break even point.  I'll be dropping 5 BTC every nickle from here on up to make my small contribution to sane growth.

If we can break through this 1000 coin wall we might start heading up rapidly to 7 and beyond. This is the point where we  test the strength of this slow grind up.

6.56 will also be a critical point on the way up. 2 x 1000BTC walls 1 penny apart are a lot of resistance to break through for such a small spread.

Well then I guess we better get ready for a rally. I wonder what caused that to happen.

We're back over $1 million in bids on the order book.

Bitcoin Fact: the price of bitcoin will not be greater than $70k for more than 25 consecutive days at any point in the rest of recorded human history.
