I have not used Bittrex after they suddenly used their KYC card to suspend account and put crypto funds of their users on hold. I am not sure how their exchange works now but I searched and found something that can help you.

Bech32 adoption. The Bitcoin Wiki, that page presents that Bittrex does not support for Bech32 address.

I can not find any information about it on Bittrex website but the Wiki page is updated in late of March 2021 (on the bottom of page). I believe this information is accurate.

Why Bittrex does not support segWit address withdrawal?

I made a brief research in google and found this thread

https://www.reddit.com/r/Bittrex/comments/7ipsuc/can_you_withdraw_from_bittrex_to_a_segwit_address/dr178hy/
This guy claims that he was able to withdrawal to segwit after doing account verification:

Quote
Can you withdraw from Bittrex to a Segwit address?
Or must you use a legacy address that starts with 1?

I couldnt until I verified my account, now it works.

This doesn't make much sense, and looks like they do not support Bech32 addresses, only P2SH addresses (which start with 3)

Only Bittrex can decide on which addresses they will accept for withdrawal. If they are not letting you withdraw to a native segwit (bc1) address, then your only real option is to create a nested segwit (3) address and withdraw to that instead. If you let us know which wallet you are using we can help guide you on how to do that.

I would say, however, that since segwit has been around for 4 years and is very simple to implement for withdrawal addresses, if Bittrex still haven't managed to perform such a simple update in the last 4 years, then they are likely way behind on more serious updates pertaining to the safety and security of your coins and data. I would find a new exchange.

Why Bittrex does not support segWit address withdrawal?

Bittrex is one of the rear exchanges and services that don't accept bech32 addresses and not even withdrawing to bech32, so people should just stop using it because of that.
I think the problem is they are still using their ancient old system based only on legacy formats that can't send coins to bc1 addresses.
Bech32 bc1 addresses are universal senders, that means that you can send your coins to all other address formats.
Bittrex is not the only one and I think that Cex exchange have the same issue with not supporting bech32.

One more good source for checking bech32 support is Bitcoinops Compatibility Matrix website, but I am not sure when it was updated last time as Binance now supports bech32:

it's not Only Bittrex that does not support Segwit Just be aware of that.

So by any chances that you wanted to Use Segwit addy then Best to Check exchange first before dealing so you wont face further problem.

But since you already received what you asking for, then best to lock this thread now .
